Beto is the best - We had a wonderful tour and experience all thanks to our guide Beto and our driver Ernesto. Beto was very informative, knowledge and entertaining. He facilitated this experience amazingly while Ernesto got us everywhere we need to go in a safe and timely manner. My favourite tour thus far ❤️

I recommend the walk! - The tour lasts all day and is a great opportunity to make a visit to Chichén Itzá, a cenote and Valladolid. The stay time in each location is not very long, but you can have an overview of everything. Lunch is included and the food is very good. The bus is comfortable and we were picked up at the resort, which is very convenient. Raul and Carlos were very attentive and informative. I recommend!

Exceptional Guides Made This Trip Unforgettable! - We had an incredible experience visiting Chichén Itzá, and the highlight of our day was hands down the team from Cancún Passion. Our driver, Enrique, was professional, punctual, and made the entire journey smooth and comfortable. Our guides, Josue and Carlos, were absolutely outstanding - so knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do. They brought the history of Chichén Itzá to life in a way that made the experience truly unforgettable. Every part of the tour with Cancún Passion felt well-organized, informative, and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, our booking was made through Nexus Tours, which was quite disappointing and disorganized. However, once we were in the hands of Cancún Passion, everything turned around completely. If you’re planning a trip to Chichén Itzá, I highly recommend going with Cancún Passion - you’ll be in excellent hands.

Adventure for all of your senses - Our bus was well packed full of guests. From all over the world many languages were spoken. The staff create an atmosphere that makes you feel as if this trip was meant for you personally. It may be a bit of a ride out, but you do it in the luxurious comfort of an up to date air conditioned bus with overhead monitors. The crew offer a simple but affective bagged breakfast. We made a few stops and picked up fellow travelers along the way. Soon we hit the open road, our driver was very skilled and drove safely but without hast. Our tour guide, “Carlos” or we liked to call him the professor addressed the travelers with some insights before arriving, using different languages. Our host, “Miguel “ also gave exceptional insights and helpful tips along the way for us all. Our first stop was Chichen Itza town plaza where we did some exciting shopping and haggling. Quickly we were loaded up once again and headed to the ancient temples. Our second stop to us to all the ruins, which a very impressive. Our guide “The Professor Carlos” gave the most insightful and educational share of history that I was quietly really impressed with. Our tour ran long because we were a huge group and many questions were asked. But we still got some free time to privately explore or shop the 2000 hand crafted vendors. We packed up again, and went on our way to an entertaining well produced lunch with cocktails and authentic treats. As we ate the locals dressed in full Mayan dress danced and musically performed. Soon we were on the road again to the Cenote, and I must say, “ if you can do it you must take a swim in the Cenote “. Don’t skip it! Again drinks, food, and light shopping was offered afterwards. Do the tequila taste testing! All in all we had two of the best guides. Carlos and Miguel were outstanding!

Great Tour of Chichen Itza - Took a tour of Chichen Itza that also included a visit to a cenote and some other stops The driver, Jose, guide Josue and the host Luis were all very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Cancun passion, and if possible, I would recommend asking for those three. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful and breathtaking - Beto gave a wonderful tour full of amazing insights into the history of Mayan culture and a dry wit which peppered our day with a wonderful atmosphere. The temples were gorgeous, the cenote breathtaking, and the tour bus fantastic. 5 stars. Everyone should be lucky enough to have Beto, Ariel and Israel as your tour operators. They deserve a vacation as good as they gave to us!

Great experience, the driver Alex made it a rekaxing drive. Our guide Berto was very knowlwdgeable and entertaining Luis was - Wonderful and entertaining. The guys were very nice and knowlegeable. Berto was a greal guide, Alex madecthe drive relaxing and Luis kept us hydrated and fed. Great team, we would recommend this tour to everyone.

11 Hour Tour Over 12 hours - We booked a “-11 hour small tour” the van that picked us up did meet expectations however after we picked up 10 people we drove about an hour to the side of the highway where we joined a 40+ bus. The guide originally told us we would be back by 7:30PM so we made dinner reservations for 8PM. The tour we joined stopped in a city which was the tour I have cancelled and paid more for the smaller tour group to get back to join our family for dinner. I would book a more private tour to shooter the this long day. The tour guides and tour group was not at fault. Viator is responsible for merging our tour with another group!
