Cenote Oxman - a beautiful, underground cenote, which is located in a beautiful town hacienda from 1746 and Valladolid - after swimming in the cenote, we will have a lunch. We stop in a colonial town Valladolid to try local cuisine
We also offer private transportation with the driver, who picks you up from the hotel guided by the an authorized tour guide, and comfortable vehicle up to 12 passengers

Best experience ever - Really good guide manny. Told us lots of facts and made sure we were okay and didn’t rush us. Wonderfull experience that I will definitely tell everyone about!

Unforgettable experience - We had the most incredible day exploring Chichén Itzá, swimming in Cenote Oxman, and enjoying a delicious local lunch – all made absolutely perfect by our amazing tour guide, Manny! From start to finish, everything was seamless, personalized, and so much fun.
Manny was not only knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of the area, but also genuinely warm, friendly, and made us feel like we were exploring with a local friend. At Chichén Itzá, he brought the ancient ruins to life with stories and insight we never would have gotten on our own. He was happy to answer questions and take amazing photos for us, too!
Afterward, we cooled off with a swim in the stunning Cenote Oxman – truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The cenote was breathtaking, and Manny timed everything perfectly so we avoided the big crowds.
Lunch was delicious and authentic, at a beautiful local spot we never would have found without him. We left the day full of knowledge, great food, and even better memories.
If you’re thinking about booking a private tour, do it – and ask for Manny if you can! This was the highlight of our trip and an experience we’ll never forget.

A fun, educational and enjoyable family experience! - We’ve enjoyed an excellent tour with Manny, our knowledgable and friendly tour guide and Denis, our safe and efficient driver.
As a family of 6 with teenagers, the thought of a 6.30am departure was not received so favourably! However, we headed to Chichen Itza before the heat and crowds, which we were all very grateful about! Manny gave us a fascinating history lesson about the Mayan’s and the sacred temple and surrounding area. We strolled around and took photos and managed to find spots of shade along the way to hear more fascinating insights from Manny.
We then headed for lunch in Valladolid in a friendly air conditioned restaurant. Great pork tacos!
The highlight of the tour for the family was swinging and jumping into the Oxman Cenote! It was stunning with crystal clear water, lots of catfish and many pretty birds and dragon fly flying around. We had lots of fun here and got some great video footage.
As we were moving hotel from Tulum to Holbox, Mike accommodated our need to be dropped at Chiquila instead of returning to Tulum. (We were charged an extra fee for this, but it made much more sense and better use of our time)
We would highly recommend a private tour with Tours with Mike!

Manny’s tour - I really enjoyed the tour, it was interesting to learn about the Mayan culture. Manny was a great guide and Dennis a great driver. The cenote we visited was beautiful and the rope swing was exhilarating. This tour was my favourite part of the holiday and it gave me and my family an unforgettable experience!

Chichen Itza and so much more…. - Manny and Dennis were the ultimate hosts, they made us feel welcome from the outset and were conscientious and concerned for our needs and welfare given our early start. Roadside Coffee and food were just the job before setting off from Tulum and onto the tour. Manny’s historical and architectural knowledge set the scene in advance of our arrival at Chichen Itza and with a seamless entrance into this amazing historical site, Manny shared more insight into the Mayan culture and history of the area. Very impressive and interactive knowledge sharing by Manny.
The food at Valladoid was fantastic as we took Manny’s advice and ate ‘local’.
A highlight for our family was the cenote, after a hot morning at Chichen Itza, we spent two hours swinging, somersaulting and jumping into the best cenote we have experienced on our Mexican travels.
Manny’s and Dennis’s hospitality was excellent, feeling safe and in very good hands throughout. Manny was great at sharing the plan as the day evolved and keen to educate us on the country’s history and encouraged questions throughout the day.
And extremely friendly duo - they made the day what it was. Thanks Manny and Dennis.

Book now with Ivan! Best family memories!! - I’ve been trying to post this review since our trip. Please read it.
We had the absolute pleasure of taking the Private Tour: Chichen Itza, Cenote Oxman, and Lunch in Valladolid with Ivan from Tours With Mike, and it was truly the highlight of our trip!
Ivan was not only incredibly friendly and fun to be around, but also a true expert in the history, culture, and stories behind every place we visited. His passion for what he does shines through in every moment, and he made learning about the sites both engaging and memorable.
From the awe-inspiring ruins of Chichen Itza to the refreshing dip in Cenote Oxman and the delicious lunch in charming Valladolid, everything was perfectly timed, thoughtfully planned, and brought to life by Ivan’s knowledge and warmth.
We can’t recommend this tour, and Ivan, highly enough. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Truly the best of the best. Don’t hesitate — book this tour and ask for Ivan. You’ll be so glad you did!

Would definitely recommend! - Me and my husband had read through a bunch of amazing reviews for 'Tours with Mike', after our tour with Daniel its clear why everyone is choosing them!
We were lucky enough to have Daniel as our tour guide for Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and Cenote Oxman - his knowledge of the history was outstanding. We asked so many questions and Daniel was more than happy to share his knowledge with us.
We went to a restaurant for lunch and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious (some pictures below)

Unforgettable day! - We had an unforgettable day with Tours with Mike! Our guide, Jessica Silver, was absolutely fantastic — so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience feel personal and special. We started with a private tour of Chichen Itza, where Jessica brought the history to life in such an engaging way. Afterwards, we enjoyed delicious traditional Mexican food (a real highlight!) and then cooled off with a swim in a beautiful cenote. Everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
