Excellent private tour highly recommend - We had an excellent tour with the very knowledgeable Heriberto. It made a huge difference getting to Chichen Itza early as it opened and well before the coaches turned up. The site is incredible and Heriberto has all the knowledge which he explained in a manner that our 7 year old could understand. Food was organised and in the vicinity of the restaurant Heriberto explained some of the local architecture and points of interest. The Cenote is refreshing after the heat. I would highly recommend this tour over any other tours.

Chichen Itza and Cenote tour. - Visitor was great with communication. Emailed with all information and any necessary adjustments. Provided all information we asked for. Everything ran smooth and timely. Our guide Juan was wonderful. He picked us up and drove us to the different locations. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were 2 families traveling with kids. Juan was attentive to the needs of our group, especially traveling with children in the extremely hot weather. He modified things to address our needs.

Trip of a lifetime - Amazing trip today with Irving. We were looked after all day and nothing was a problem. Chichen Itza was amazing of course, the cenote was beautiful and refreshing. The lunch was the best meal we’ve had all holiday and we also got to see Valladolid. Transfers were all super smooth and comfortable. Thank you Irving!

Irving is a great guide - Had a fantastic tour to Chichén Itzá with Irving. He picked us up early in a nice mini bus. Super clean, great AC. Drove to Chichén Itzá before the crowds hit. After that we had fun at a cenote before lunch. We expected the restaurant to be very basic, since food was included in the cost of the trip - but it ended up being the best meal of the holiday. Sleepy drive home to drop off back at the hotel. Top marks (and extra for the great music chat)!

Great experience from pickup to drop off and everything in between. - Tour was just my wife and I so we could go at our own pace and see what was important and interesting to us. I felt like we were always ahead of the crowds. Our guide was on time, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The vehicle was very nice and clean. We had plenty of cold water for our hot day and had the opportunity to stop in the morning for coffee and snacks. After seeing the large number of people and guides at Chichén Itzá I was glad we had one person that was the driver and guide who could do it all.

- Our guide Arnulfo was fantastic he was on time when picking us up and on our drive there, asked us if we wanted to make a quick pit stop ( to get some coffee which we desperately needed) as we selected the 6:30am start time option. if you don't like large crowds of people and want the perfect photo op that is the best start time to have. Arnulfo was very knowledgable and very charismatic. The group I was with consisted of an elderly person and someone who had Parkinsons that had some mobility issues and this tour option is great as your guide goes at your pace. Arnulfo was awesome in that aspect and was very patient with us and was so great about finding a shaded bench to sit on while he explained the history and culture of the site. There are a lot of vendors who set up their tents to sell souvenirs so definitely bring money for spending on that. The cenote after was awesome and served as a great way to cool down. Overall enjoyed the "private" aspect of the tour as its just you and your group and you're pretty much taken care of as far as transportation, lunch and pass into the site. Very convenient and you can just sit back relax and enjoy the day.

Unforgettable Private Tour with Heriberto – Highly Recommend! - We had an absolutely incredible experience on our private tour with Heriberto as our guide. From the very start, he impressed us by arriving early and immediately making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Heriberto was kind, accommodating, and very well-spoken. He offered to conduct the tour in either English or Spanish. Since we’re Spanish speakers who are a bit out of practice, we chose Spanish—and we’re so glad we did! It made the experience even more meaningful, allowing us to reconnect with our roots and even learn some new vocabulary along the way. Our first stop was Chichen Itzá, where Heriberto gave a clear, engaging, and incredibly informative tour. His passion for the history and culture was obvious and made the entire site come alive. He also went above and beyond by taking lots of amazing photos for us throughout our visit—he knew the best spots and angles, and captured beautiful moments we’ll always treasure. Thanks to his punctuality and thoughtful planning, we arrived early enough to beat both the heat and the crowds—something we really appreciated. Afterward, we visited the beautiful Oxman Cenote, which was the perfect way to cool off and relax. We then had lunch in Valladolid, where Heriberto continued to make the day seamless by handling all of the logistics—including ordering our meals ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to wait. Every step of the experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We honestly can’t recommend Heriberto enough—if we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. He made our day incredibly special, seamless, and truly unforgettable.
