We’ll pick you up in a private vehicle from your hotel or rental (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes drive).
- Hacienda Oxman Cenote - Take a refreshing swim in Cenote Samula, Xkeken, or Oxman. It’s the ideal way to cool down after exploring the ruins. There’s no need to rush—you can stay at the cenote as long as you like to fully enjoy the experience. Life vests will be provided for your safety.
- Valladolid - After savoring an authentic Yucatan lunch with your guide at one of the city’s top restaurants, you’ll have free time to explore the delightful colonial town. Be sure to visit the main square and convent areas, which are truly worth seeing. If you’re in the mood for shopping, there’s also free time for that.
After lunch, we’ll return you to your hotel or rental (approximately 2 hours drive).

Delightful Adventure - The tour started on time. Cristina explained everything to us multiple times. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job of educating us on all of the sites. Oman drove us safely to the various sites and was very professional. Thanks to Cristina and Oman excellent service, we had a delightful experience and I highly recommend them.

Worthwhile, Educational, and Super Fun - It was such an amazing day yesterday with Alex, our guide, and Rodrigo, our driver. Getting up early to arrive at Chitzen Itza just before opening was completely worth it. The Chitzen Itza complex was incredible. With Alex to explain in such detail, we learned much more than we would have otherwise about the people who built these impressive structures. Alex and Rodrigo had drinks for us and well-timed snacks after the lengthy visit. We chose to visit next an open cenote, which was beautiful and tested our courage with its high jump. Finally the lunch was quite tasty. Alex filled the drives with interesting background on the Mayans but also let us sleep on the long return drive to the hotel. Our entire family was impressed by the unforgettable day. Gracias!

Amazing tour with incredibly knowledgeable guide (Eddy)! - We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our private tour with Eddy and Hugo, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Eddy is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, with a great sense of humor that made the entire day fun and relaxed. He truly has a gift for connecting with people and tailoring the experience to his guests.
This was a custom private tour for our family, including two young children, and Eddy went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying themselves. He paced the tour perfectly, explained the history of El Rey in an interesting and accessible way, and made the cenote visit absolutely magical. He was patient, attentive, and always mindful of what would work best for our kids, which made the experience stress-free for us as parents.
Hugo was an excellent driver—professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe throughout the day. Transportation was smooth and comfortable, which made a big difference when traveling with little ones.
Thanks to Eddy’s personality, expertise, and thoughtful planning, this tour was not only educational but truly memorable. If you’re looking for a private, family-friendly tour in Cancún that feels personal and special, Eddy and Hugo are the perfect team!

Chicken Itza/Cenote tour - We were picked up right on time at our resort and were taken to Chichen Itza for when it opened. We bypassed all the lines and walked right in at opening time. We escaped the crowds and had an amazing tour. Christina was a wealth of knowledge not only about the Mayan culture but with every aspect of the Mexican culture. It would have been a completely different experience without our expert guide. Omar our driver was also excellent and was there to pick k us up as soon as we walked out of each experience. The cenote was just as amazing and Christina was our own private paparazzi! The lunch after was traditional and also excellent. We were back at our resort by 4. We have been on many tours/trips and this was one of the best in terms of service and knowledge.

Absolute Success! Take Me Back! - We took a private tour through this company and can’t recommend it enough. We went to Chitzen Itza, a cenote, and had lunch in a local small city. Our tour guide Josue was so knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle picked us up from the front door of our hotel and provided treats and water as needed throughout the day, as well as lunch at a small restaurant. Will definitely take another tour with them the next time we are Cancun!

Wonderful day in Chichen Itza and beyond! - My family and I had a wonderful tour today with Josh and Enrique! Everything was so smooth and efficient - starting with our early morning pickup at our resort. We were so glad we had such a knowledgeable guide like Josh to give us such insight into Chichen Itza, from where to stand to get the best pics, how to bargain with salespeople, to explaining the nuances of the Mayan culture - complete with pictures on his ipad to really bring the history to life. He was very patient with our 10 yo son who asked him many questions! I can easily see how a visit to Chichen Itza could be overwhelming in terms of crowds, and his guidance was so appreciated! We enjoyed our time at the Oxman cenote (rope swing was great!) and then our stop in Valladolid. Delicious lunch and we enjoyed dining with Josh and hearing his stories and perspective! All in all, an amazing day to pack so much in and get so much knowledge! Well worth it!! Josh and Enrique went at our pace and were right where we needed them! Highly recommend!

Great experience for a family - Alex and Enrique provided a wonderful adventure for our family. They were incredibly patient with our toddler needing some bathroom and snack breaks. We learned so much from the tour at the site and getting info all along the drive was a great way to pass the time and learn even more about what we were going to see. Thank you for the great experience!

An unforgettable experience — truly worth every penny!
This VIP tour of Chichén Itzá and Cenote swim exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating history and stories that made the ancient ruins come to life. Having early access meant we avoided the big crowds and got amazing photos with hardly anyone around.
The transportation was clean, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned — they even provided snacks, and cold drinks, which was such a nice touch in the heat. The lunch was delicious, with authentic Mayan and Mexican dishes and plenty of options for my partner and I.
Swimming in the sacred cenote was absolutely magical — crystal-clear water surrounded by lush jungle, a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget. The whole day felt exclusive and thoughtfully planned, with just the right mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation.
If you’re considering this tour, do it — it’s the best way to experience one of the world’s most incredible wonders in total comfort and style!
A big thank you to our tour guide Arturo and chauffeur Enrique. They were both very nice, friendly, and completely responsible for making this a once in a lifetime experience. We highly recommend them to anyone considering this 10/10 tour !

Great experience with great people - This was truly a remarkable experience. Was skeptical when saw so many 5-star reviews - but it was a 5-star experience. We had Alex as our guide and Enrique as our driver. Both were super-friendly and welcoming. Alex gave us a great history and educational lesson as we headed to Chichen Itza. The tour of the ruins was great. The cenote experience was also breathtaking and relaxing. Lunch was amazing. They did a great job of catering tour to what we wanted to do and asking if we needed to make stops. They had plenty of snacks and drinks to keep our kids happy (ages 16, 14 and 11). Overall, great experience.
