Private tour March 2026 - Our guide, Julio, was excellent. He gave us a lot of information but did not overwhelm us. He tailored the day to our desires. It was stress free and fun.

Tour to Chichen Itza - It was quite a pleasant experience, because it allowed me to know magical places in Mexico and especially the care provided by our guide Alan Balan is first level, super recommended.

A great tour! - We had a really great day - Chichén Itzá, Valladolid, Cenote and lunch. All well organised with a small group (7 of us) and comfortable transport. Friendly, knowledgeable guides and driver. One change I'd make is to spend more time at Chichén Itzá, especially the tour part (one hour). It is a big site and more explaining as we move around would have been better. We had two hours there in total and did have to skip some of it.

We dined at San Miguel de Ayende, and it was beautiful — a charming restaurant with a stunning courtyard in the center that created the perfect atmosphere. The food was authentic Mexican cuisine at its best. I highly recommend the grilled octopus — it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. From beginning to end, this private tour exceeded every expectation. Crossing off two bucket-list experiences in one incredible day made it truly extraordinary. If you’re planning to visit Chichen Itza and explore a cenote, I cannot recommend Julio Martinez highly enough. Unforgettable experience! - My partner and I had the BEST time on this tour. Our guide Julio was incredibly knowledgeable and answered our many questions. The tour timings were perfect, arriving to Chichen Itza early before the crowds and with ample time for both a guided tour and then to explore alone. We also loved the restaurant in Valladolid after and chose to go to Cenote Chukum which was so much fun! Transport was clean and we felt safe throughout. Would absolutely recommend - thank you so much Julio!

Great tour of Chichen Itza and Cenote - definitely recommended - The private Chichen Itza tour was the highlight of our trip to Cancun, thanks to Mexico Highlights and our tour guide Alan. his plan for the day was so perfect that we covered everything that was planned without feeling rushed at any point of the tour. Thanks to him, we learnt so much about Mayan history, culture, and even food. The tour was worth every penny we spent and we highly recommend this tour. We would definitely take other tours with Mexico Highlights, particularly requesting Alan as a guide / driver whenever we are back in the area in future.
