Our tour guide was nice waiting for us under the pressure of the bus driver. We really appreciate that. - Organized well except the order of places visited were not in the order of the description. Very happy with the service they provided,

Gem of a tour - This tour was a Gem. The schedule was followed as planned. All locations covered on schedule. Tour person Eloy was amazing. He shared Mayan history in great detail in relatable way. He was super helpful and delight to talk with. He hired two separate english and spanish guides for the Chicken Itza. Our english guide Sam was great guy too. The cenotes covered are both highly rated. The buffet was delicious with range of choices and great taste.
Only negative here was that bus seats weren't very clean. And nitpicking, it was bit expensive, though mentioned on the tour description.

Beautiful 1 day trip - - This was a guided tour, where there were around 60 people. Loved the overall experience. The tour guide who travelled with us was very engaging and informative.
- We first went to a shopping complex, where all the tourists were gathered and were asked to pay for the tax for cenotes/chichen itza. This took away almost 30-45 mins of our time.
- We then went to Cenote Suytun - where the main attraction is standing on the platform in the cenote and taking a picture. If you would like to take a picture, ensure that you are one of the first people in the line, because the stop is only for an hour and much time is spent standing in the line. The Cenote was beautiful.
- Then we were taken to a place where Mayan welcome tradition was shown, followed by complete selling of some souveniers there - which were a bit costly. The food was atrocious - given we were vegetarians, not much options - no food placards - need to ask everytime - 'tengo carne???', which is frustrating.
- Then we were taken to Chichen Itza - where given we did not know Spanish, we were accompanied by a guide (Pablo) who knows English and he was tremendously informative and helpful. Loved the way he engaged with us and shared the history, significance of the wonder.
- Then we went to Cenote Ik Kil - which was beautiful. Loved taking dives into the cenote. Had enough time to swim.
- At every stop, we were given an opportunity to have a drink (both alcohol/non-alcoholic) for free.
- Then we went to Valladolid - where we hardly spent 30 mins. We were a bit disappointed that we had to spend such less time here, rather the initial time of gathering tourists at the shopping complex could have been reduced.
- We went back to the room by 9:30 PM (started off at 7:30 AM).
Some dislikes about the tour:
- No clear instructions (the driver's number, the bus number, etc) were given about where our pickup would be. We were lucky that we went to the front of our resort and could find them.
- The order of the activities on Viator is unreliable - because this was not followed.
- The time mentioned on Viator is completely off, as our trip took almost 14 hours.
- The food was disgusting. In the morning, we were given Ham and Cheese sandwich (no vegetarian option). In the afternoon, no quality food at all.
But overall, enjoyed the trip and would recommend going on such a group package.

Good Tour to take - It is a good tour and overall was a good experience. Possible downside for some could be the time given at each Cenote. Since there is long queues to take pic it can feel a bit rushed. One can reduce the time spent at the village instead. Buffet lunch was good with good options. Boxed sandwich given in bus in morning had no vegetarian option even though we mentioned at the time of booking.

Too long a day - The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the tour itself took too long, be prepared it will be a super long day, we got picked up at 6 :40am and got hotel by 10pm. The time was wasted in the shopping part, you will not be forced to buy anything. But they won’t let you have lunch unless the shopping time is passed. And about the buffet, the food is free but drinks are expensive, yes, bringing your own drinks are not allowed.

Pick ip from different... - Pick ip from different hotels took too long. And no enough time for swimming in cenote.
When we came back from the trip, the bus dropped us on the hotel entry street, not in front of the hotel door

Expect a long day - I don’t write reviews that often and although we saw great sites the logistics of the trip were really disappointing.
It took 5 hours from pick up to get to the first stop. That is a ridiculous amount of time. I am aware the area visiting was 2/3 hours away and I’m not sure if that is normal for this trip, we went the longest way,, from Cancun to Playa del Carmen. It just seemed really extreme and frustrating.
We only got 1 hour at the 2 cenotes which was not long enough, especially at Suytun with the queue for the famous picture.
Chichen Itza again could have had a bit longer of a tour around the sites but was acceptable amount of time there.
However none the timings were as advertised and on a whole it felt very rushed at each stop. The whole trip from pick up to drop off for me was over 15 hours (6am-9:30pm).
The tour is stated as English but it’s very much geared to Spanish, I know I am in Mexico and wish I knew Spanish but at times I felt like I missed out on info/details especially with the local Mayan.
On drop off back to the hotel I wasn’t taken to my hotel like it was for pick up and instead dropped off on the parallel road, around the corner, while I was able to walk it felt very cold and had I not known where I was could have been confusing for 9:30 at night.
My one serious complaint is that despite notes on my reservation and contacting the company beforehand, I did not get an adequate breakfast. I cannot eat pork for religious reasons and despite checking I was given ham. To make it worse tour guide tried to convince me it was turkey when it clearly wasn’t. I found this incredible disrespectful and not something that should be dismissed/ignored. I did contact the company during the trip but nothing was done to rectify it.
I’m happy I got to see what I did but I think there needs to be clearer expectations of what the day consists of.

A Long Day with Some Hiccups, But Beautiful Sights - We recently went on a 14-hour trip that was quite a rollercoaster. The day started with the company picking us up at our hotel and dropping us off at a mall to pay environmental taxes for Chichén Itzá and the cenotes. Unfortunately, there wasn't much explanation given, before and after paying the fees, and we had to figure out wha was happening and which bus to take on our own. One family (parents and two kids), that waas with us on the bus was told to switch buses at first, and then they never were able to get on back on the bus, not sure what has happened, but it was disheartening to see them arguing with a person who said they couldn't go.
About an hour in to the trip, the bus stopped in the middle of nowhere and the driver, guide, and helper left without any explanation, leaving us waiting for about 10-15 minutes. We booked the tour with an English guide, but it turned out the guide was only available for about 30 minutes at Chichén Itzá. The rest of the time, the tour was predominantly in Spanish, and English speakers were only informed about specific stops and return times.
Despite these inconveniences, the cenotes and Chichén Itzá were absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. For a smoother and more enjoyable experience, I would recommend considering a different travel company next time.

Criticism of tour made, it would be beneficial to improve the food and the duration of time in each place. - I did not like the tour, taking tourists to Chichen Itza at the last minute is not the most advisable, it took us more than half an hour to hear the guide's account and then within 15 minutes they closed the place, we did not get to tour anything.
The tour should start with this place to live an unforgettable experience
A short time in each cenote practically in the second ik-kil we did not reach even to go down to be able to swim, only take photos from above.
The food of the tour, both the collation and the unappetizing lunch. I would suggest that you improve the food and time in each place.
Take away the tour of Valladolid, would give more time to enjoy Pyramid and cenotes.

Extremely Disappointing Experience 快逃 别来 - 请避雷这个一日游!导游做出歧视的动作!千万别来!
I had a very disappointing experience on this one-day tour. It started badly when we were left waiting at the meeting point for almost half an hour before boarding the bus. The itinerary was not followed as advertised, with the order of activities completely changed, which caused confusion and frustration.
What was truly infuriating, though, was the behavior of the guide. During the explanations, they made a discriminatory gesture by pulling at their eyes while talking about “Chinese eyes.” This was incredibly offensive and unacceptable.
As tourists, we showed respect by being punctual and following the rules, but sadly, we were not treated with the same respect in return.
