A fantastic experience! - We had a great time! In addition to Chichen Itza, we also took the Celestun tour and the Uxmal tour. We had the same guide for all three. His English was very good, and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about everywhere we went. Our guide was also very accommodating, helping my mother with any light climbing there happened to be. He also happily took pictures for us, and even knew where particularly photogenic places at the sites were. I would absolutely recommend Merida Elite to anyone who wanted to visit.

I cannot recommend this... - I cannot recommend this experience & your enough. Our guide, Ricardo, and our driver, Alex, were the best. We got picked up directly at our hotel in the morning by a spacious, clean, and cool van. We even got to stop for coffee and a quick bite for breakfast on the way. Ricardo provided a great tour of Chichen Itza, along with its history and fun facts! We then proceeded to go swimming in a beautiful Cenote, arriving in time to be the first and only ones there. Afterwards we had lunch and then Alex drove us home. I could not recommend this tour and our guides any more. As a bonus, they had cold water, soda, beer and snacks for us for the car ride. Simply an incredible experience and worth every penny!

Archeology at its finest - Great experience; appreciate the knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide, Ricardo, and the friendliness of the driver, Alex. We were also very pleased that they were able to accommodate a last minute change of itinerary.

Great experience to Chichen Itza. - Angel the guide and Abimael the guide driver were both super friendly and decent. Angel showed himself to have extensive knowledge of Chichen Itza and knew many things that seemed only the knowledge of the architecture of the place. He knows things about the sound while others applauded that it really is impressive he also showed the resonance just by stepping hard. Etc. Colors photos videos. Very extensive knowledge of the place and very pleasant and fun. Abimael I can only say great human being. And if very friendly and fun too. I bought the tour 4 am and they arrived on time at the agreed place.

Great experience of the new world wonder!!! - Really great!! José was extremely knowledgeable about everything and the facts he have were very amusing. Also conversation other than the tour were extremely entertaining as well. The driver, Abimael was very polite and was always attentive to what I needed whether it be drinks or a break.

Amazing tour of Chichen Itza and Cenote! - My sister and I did a tour of Chichen Itza, followed by a swim in a nearby cenote. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the historical archeological site, which made it even more interesting. I would highly recommend taking this tour!!

Great Experience - Our guide Javier was amazing and kept us captivated with his knowledge on Mayan culture and Mexican history and facts from the minute we got in the van to when we left Chichen Itza. The service too was professional and seamless and we could just enjoy the whole experience without a worry. The itinerary was well timed allowing us flexibility at each spot. The buffet lunch, included, was good too. The van was clean and cool with water and snacks. We put 4 stars instead of 5 as we wanted to hire our guide again the following day for a more customized tour and had to call the manager to arrange it. Unfortunately, although we tried all three phone numbers provided several times, nobody answered and we had to make alternative plans.
