Wonderful - We had decided to go on the tour in a small group - in the end there were only two of us. Our driver Armin was very accommodating and showed us the way at all stations and gave us helpful tips and told us all kinds of things about Yucatán. The guided tour of Chichén Itzá was the absolute highlight. We arrived rested but early on site so we were right at the pyramid when it opened. Through our guide Rey we learned many exciting background details about this wonder of the modern age. Communication in advance with the organizer went smoothly. The entire tour is an absolute recommendation - starting from the small town of Valladolid has very big advantages!

Best way to spend a day in Valladolid thanks to GUSTAVO and MARTÍN - This has been the best guided tour of our vacation in Mexico! We booked the all inclusive tour of Chichen Itza and 2 cenotes. GUSTAVO drove and explained everything to us, MARTÍN was our tour guide at Chichen Itza. Both of them were incredible! Our group consistent of only the two of us and another couple. GUSTAVO is pretty amazing, very considerate and friendly. He picked us up around 7 am and drove us to Chichen Itza. He is a smooth operator with a comfortable car. We arrived at Chichen Itza a couple of minutes before the opening of the gates and therefore were the first people on the ground with few other people around. Perfect for taking photos! The name of our Chichen Itzen tour guide was MARTÍN. Martín was full of knowledge, very friendly and passionate about teaching about Mayan culture! The tour of the grounds was well planned and we got deep insights into the history of buildings across the site. After the 2,5h at Chichen Itza we drove to the first cenote. The cenote was pretty touristic but still beautiful and there was only one small group swimming in it when we got there. We ate food at the open buffet of the cenotes restaurant. The food was okay, with quite a lot of vegetarian options. The second cenote was a little more off the grid, in the middle of the jungle and even less touristic. We had the cenote for ourselves most of the time. It was really beautiful! The entire day was incredible! Thank you so much!! :) Big recommendation to anybody who wants to make the most of their time in Valladolid!

Chichen Itza off the bucket list! - Our day started early (6:55 am, to be exact), but I am thankful that it did, as our early departure with our driver and guide Gustavo got us to the site ahead of the throngs of busses and visitors who were arriving en masse just as we were preparing to leave. We enjoyed unimpeded photographs of Kukulcan and were well informed by our guide at the site, Ayder. After that, Gustavo took us to the X-Cajum cenote, which also wasn’t too busy, but started to get quite busy as those aforementioned busses arrived. We enjoyed a buffet lunch and a drink and had quite a lot of time to explore. After that, we carried on to the third cenote, Uayma-Ha, a hidden gem that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had the cenote to ourselves and put on swim gear nearly dry from the previous cenote. After that, we were graciously delivered back to our hotel, in time for dinner. Great day! Would recommend this outing and the all-inclusive option, as it gets you through line-ups and other payments.

Hopefully all excursions like this - The experience was 10. Gustavo, our Batun driver, picked us up on time. A very comfortable car. He was always extremely correct polite and attentive. We arrived when Chichen Itza opened, the guide gave the tour only to my partner and me. It's true that it got a little short but I think it's the general feeling always when visiting such large sites, you always want more time. We missed seeing the sacred cenote and the nuns' house. On the way out, straight to a spectacular cenote and a buffet meal that didn’t lack anything. And from there 45 min by car, necessary for a good nap and lower the food, and we reached the last cenote where we were ALONE along with the lovely couple with whom we shared a car. At the end Gustavo gave us advice on where to eat in Valladolid and what to visit and also had the detail of giving us a paper photo of our visit to Chichen Itza with the Kukulcan temple in the background. In conclusion, it is certainly an activity with a high price but the treatment received and the activities carried out are more than up to scratch.

If you’re short on time- this tour is for you! Easy peasy! - Wonderful! We didn’t have alot of time or brain-space to sort out a tour of our own so the all inclusive option was perfect for us, making it super easy and stress free. Our driver was so friendly, drove safely, a nice car and easy to contact via WhatsApp prior to leaving. We got going right away without having to make lots of stops to pick up other passengers (there were only 4 of us). 🚗 💨 Arriving at all destinations early before the crowds made it a special experience! Our guide at Chichen Iza, Gustavo, was great- very informative. Because we were some of the first people inside, we were able to get some great photos, and left for our next stop just as the crowds were pouring in. Lunch was a traditional style tasty buffet with salads, tacos, dessert and a drink included. I was hungry from swimming so I tried pretty much everything, with my favourite being the pork tacos and the fresh pineapple with spicy salt. Yum! We loved seeing the young dancers sharing their culture 🌺 Both cenotes were beautiful, particularly the second one- we were the only people there. Even though it rained, that only made it better as you could sit quietly and hear the sounds of the jungle and each drop of rain echoing into the cenote- I like to imagine just like the first Mayan people to discover these special places. 🌧️ 🌱 The water is beautiful and clear, refreshing without being cold, and you can see many small cat fish swimming around. (Don’t be scared, they glide away as soon as you come near 😊) My partner and I had a beautiful time and thank you so much for taking such great care of us and showing us more of beautiful Mexico ❤️ I recommend this tour for folks who don’t have a lot of time to research or organize all the individual tickets and entry or maybe, like me, you’re just not a morning person and need some extra guidance while you take some time to wake up 🥱 Things to note: there are a lot of stairs at the second cenote, if you have accessibility concerns, be aware this might be tricky for you. Apart from buying an early morning coffee, a couple of small souvenirs, and an optional tip for the young gals dancing, we really didn’t need to pay for anything else. Easy! Viva Mexico! Thank you again- Aimee & Matt 🇨🇦 🇦🇺

The arrangements and... - The arrangements and communication was very clear and organised. The driver was really friendly, organised and relaxed and although we were meant to be in a small group, we ended up with a private tour. The guide was great at Chichen Itza and the choice of cenotes brilliant.

Take this tour! - Gustavo is lovely. He is considerate and attentive. His car is brand new with great air conditioning. He’s a very interesting person who can tell you a lot about Mayan culture and history. My only quibble is that I would have preferred a lunch venue with air conditioning.
