VIP private tour to Chichen Itza - Absolutely amazing day exploring Chichen Itza. The experience was made even better by our tour guide and driver Juan Manuel who made the journey very pleasant and shared his knowledge about the history and culture of the place. Highly recommended!

Awesome day out! - Wonderful day! Private tour was brilliant had time to walk and ask questions. Carlos was brilliant. Explained everything! Lunch was big!! But so good. Many thanks!

A great day out, definitely worth the money. - This was a great day trip. We were lucky to have Carlos who was very knowledgeable and ensured the day ran smoothly.
Communication before the trip was excellent and Carlos arrived on time and got us to Chichen Itza just as it opened which meant we beat the crowds and avoided the heat of the day. The senote after this was great and we all enjoyed swimming in the clear water. Finally, we really enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant. The food was fantastic and there was a good choice of things you could order from the menu, which Carlos phoned through in advance to ensure we didn't waste time waiting.
Whist this did cost more than a group tour, we were very pleased we opted for a private tour as it meant we could do things at our own pace, and we were back to our hotel in good time for the evening.

Wonderful tour - It was a nice tour. The guide picked us up on time and offered us to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. We were also offered cold water during the entire trip. The car didn’t have a head rest for one of the passengers which was not ideal. We asked one question the night before the trip on WhatsApp to the guide but he never answered. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The waiters were not very friendly. The destination and the Cenote were definitely worth visiting.

Amazing private tour with Juan to Chichen Itza - We have a fantastic day, private tour of Chichen Itza, Oxen Cenote, lunch in Valladolid.
Our guide Juan was amazing, professional, and knowledgeable, he really made the experience special for our whole family.
Communication from the company was clear providing all details and information that was needed for the day. Also they were very accommodating as we had originally booked for earlier in the week but due to sickness we were unable to make it, however we were given the option to rearrange (just an admin fee which is expected).
All in all a really well set up company with fantastic guides, would 100% recommend and would book again. The private tour is really worth it.

Anniversary vacation with a tour a the ruins and cenote experience - This was an incredible experience that we will never forget. Israel, our tour guide was awesome. He was punctual, very professional, but made it very fun. He knew so much about the history of the ruins, Mexico, and the cenote. He made the experience so much better and I'm glad that we had him as our guide. The vehicle was very clean and we felt safe the whole time.

Amazing experience - We had a fantastic time with Eric. He was an amazing tour guide, super knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was very smooth from beginning till end. Eric was even flexible to do an extra stop for us at a church we wanted to see. An additional highlight was the lunch - not at all a touristic spot with crappy food, in fact we had reallyyy tasty options. There was almost no waiting time for the food since Eric even ordered our choices in advance. 10/10, very thoughtful organisation. Worth the money & can only recommend !

Juan and Chitchen-itza is amazing! - Juan is amazing and so knowledgeable! He really knows Chitchen-itza, and can tell you more than the average tour guide. He is an asset to have on staff, and a jewel to show anyone around given his unique perspective. Ask for Juan! The tour, cenote, and OMG to food!!! Get ready for a great time!

Good trip but only had 2 hours at Chichen Itza - There were many parts of the day that were absolutely fantastic. Chichen Itza is beautiful. The tour said that we would have 3 hours there. That was not true. We only had 2 hours there. Our tour guide spent 1.5 hours with us and gave us a great tour. Then we had 30 minutes to shop with the vendors. It felt very rushed as I would have liked to have spent the 3 hours there. Following the tour at Chichen Itza we went to the Oxman cenote which was also amazing. Lunch was great.
Viator did not send us contact info for our tour guide as they were supposed to prior to the trip. They claimed they emailed it, but it was never in my spam folder and was not received in my inbox either. This was particularly difficult for my family since we were staying in an AirBNB in Akumal and were 1.5 km from a main road in the jungle. Thankfully our driver found us, but we had no way to contact him. I sent several messages to Viator between 8pm and 6:30am (the evening before and morning of the trip) but didn't get a response until 10am the day of the trip.
