Wonderful Tour! - This was an incredible start to our Chile vacation! It had snowed the night before, and the views were amazing. It was super convenient to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel, and there was good communication as to when we’d be picked up. The tour said light breakfast was provided, but it wasn’t. We did, however, stop at a place for purchasing our own breakfast and coffee, so it was okay. It was super cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon, so I’m glad I brought a coat, real shoes, and a towel/swimsuit/flip flops for hot springs. Be sure to also bring sunglasses and sunscreen because it was super bright! After the springs, we went to a chocolate shop that was a house made by a talented artist. Very whimsical with delicious ice cream. Our guide was patient yet energetic and translated for our Brazilian and American group members. We’d definitely go again, and I’ll recommend to others!

In relation to the company, super polite, strict in the schedules, team 10, prepares a very nice picnic, with joy - The landscapes are magnificent, it's worth it, the van ride is tiring but it's worth it, I found the therms a little full and I thought it would be a natural hole in the ground and not pipes carrying that water, a little disappointing

Cajon del maipo and embalso del yeso - Paradise landscapes, well worth it, even more considering the guide Bairon Sanchez who led the tour in an exceptional way. Note 10!

Think twice - or explore other tours ! - Views were good, hot springs were nice, but we spent less than 1.5 hours there, even less time in water with changing clothes. We were under the impression breakfast was included but it was not. The intended breakfast stop was not available due to circumstances outside of the tour operator’s control, but the breakfast stop we did make had limited choices and was at our cost. I had the greasiest empanada - almost inedible. We drove to a glacial lake which was lovely but the roads/drive was unsettling to say the least. The “picnic” consisted of some cheese cubes, a few slices of salami, some awful olives and some chips, no utensils, plates or napkins so the guests were all sticking their grimy hands in the food. My friends and I were the only English speakers (there were also some Portuguese speakers) and communication with us was minimal. Overall a disappointing experience and a waste of a precious day in an otherwise beautiful county.

Rubbish !11 hours in a mini bus to see a lake and go in hot springs for an hour - 11 hour day with 7 hours spent in a mini bus on the most bumpy roads ever experienced We stopped for 30 minutes to look at a lake and 1.5 hour stop at some very small hot springs Thea other stops were for food and one for ice cream Sorry but total waste of time and money
