Great tour and fantastic customer service. - First off we were picked up at our hotel for our group tour of the Scared Valley, Reginia was very informative and made sure the group was taken care of. Our hotel in Machu Pichu was nice and guides were there to make sure we made it to the hotel and to the bus the next day. Jose was great during our tour of Michu Piccu, knew every answer to every question. Overall the two days were everything we had hoped for and were not disappointed at all. We stopped in at Tayra Tours the next day to thank them and just causally asked them a question about the San Pedro market in Cusco, Bryan, our contact with Tayra Tours gave us the answer we were looking for and we took off. As we were about to get to the market we heard someone call our name and it was Bryan, he had a gift and wanted to make sure we were okay. This took some real effort on Bryan’s part to find us and some real customer service to make sure we found what we were looking for. They already had our money, knew we were happy with the tour and yet he went out of his way to see that things were okay. You can say that he was just doing his job but it felt like more, it felt like he had a real interest in us and making sure the experience was everything we hoped for. An easy five star review for Bryan and the company.

Tayra Tours Cusco super recommended - Excellent Service, we received exactly what was offered and the hotels, guides and transportation exceeded my expectations.

Service was very good, but the hotel was very cheap - I loveed majority of the tour, but not the hotel. Bus train and touring part of the service were very good. But hotel was a joke. The hotel was in Andino hotel. Dirty napkin on the bed frame, broken bag stand, open pipes in the bathroom and emptied breakfast containers even during breakfast hours, staff declined to refill stating that we were last one. We believe Tayra tours responsible for providing low quality hotel and charging customers hefty fee on the name of four-star Hotel.
