Best trip! - Best day out, loads of turtles to snorkel with and dolphins on the way back in. The crew were great - informative and friendly. We can’t wait to go a swim with the whales with Cooly Eco Adventures!

Great service - Excellent service from the crew. Captain Lachy and Gemma as well. Unfortunately, the visibility was poor due to all the recent weather events but the crew were so professional in giving us options and keeping us informed. We got all the way out to the island and saw some turtles from the boat and we are looking forward to snorkelling with them sometime in the future. Mother nature will do her thing. However this crew can’t be faulted. Thank you so much and look forward to seeing you guys soon. Absolute legends.

Lots of turtles and dolphins! - Fantastic experience, friendly crew and lots of turtles and dolphins! We had a great time as a family with two pre-teens. The option to purchase photos were good too as we weren’t able to take cameras underwater. Thanks guys!

Turtle Snorkelling Rocks!! - This was one of my favourite days in Australia. The boat ride itself was definitely worth the price of the ticket! The turtles did not disappoint either. As long as you remain calm, the turtles will come up out of curiosity. As the operator states in his debriefing “Do Not” harass or grab the turtles otherwise they will speed away whenever they see people in the water. The attached photo is from a video that I shot with an iPhone. I was privileged to have a couple of the turtles swim right underneath me. I resisted touching them and only admired them during this fabulous experience.! The tour operator runs a safety conscious tour providing life jackets for the boat and wetsuits for comfort and protection. For those who feel a bit hesitant about snorkelling they have pool noodles on board for extra buoyancy. There is a safety person in the water with you at all times to ensure your comfort and to aid you if you need help. Remember the ocean isn’t an aquarium and the visibility will change with tide changes and weather conditions. Even on a cloudy day with slightly reduced visibility we saw many turtles. The operator is a wealth of knowledge about the the turtles and their habits. Unfortunately certain species of sea turtles are endangered so seeing them in their natural environment is an amazing experience. And the cherry on top was the amazing dolphin sighting! We floated alongside the dolphins in the boat watching them feed and swim.

Would definitely recommend this company. Very professional. - Fabulous experience with very professional team. Saw lots of fish and a few turtles but the icing on the cake was the huge pod of dolphins which swam alongside the boat on the way back. The organisers were extremely well organised, well informed, friendly and really helpful. I learnt a lot on this trip.

Dolphins and turtles - The guides were very knowledgeable and we got to see many turtles up close. We also saw a whole family of about 30 dolphins alongside some babies, would definitely recommend.

A Turtley Awesome Tour - I loved this experience - the staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I saw around 7 or 8 turtles, a small shark, starfish and lots of other fish! We also were lucky enough to spot dolphin, including a mother and calf, on the ride to and from Cook Island. I would strongly recommend this if you’re in the area!

Turtle snorkel - Amazing morning trip, 1st got cancelled due to weather but quickly called us and rebooked on another morning as it was absolutely amazing from the team to the turtles and lucky enough to see lots of dolphins that morning. Will come again but do the whales next time Cheers guys 5 star trip all the way totally recommend

Canceled the tour 1 hour before start time. - The tour was pushed back a couple hours from the original start time the day before. I traveled from Brisbane for this snorkeling adventure and an hour before the tour started it got canceled. My group had already spent a significant amount of money to make the trip to the beach and we were basically stranded at the drop off location. There was no attempt to make things right by the company, not even an apology for the inconvenience and wasted money. If we had been told there is a high chance of the excursion being cancelled when the times was changed the day prior it would have at least given us a heads up that we would be out hundreds of dollars ahead of time. This was simply failed communication by the company without accountability.
