Unforgettable trip with Mani—caring, thoughtful, and the best guide! Great sights, local food & help. Truly heartwarming - Yesterday’s sightseeing trip was truly unforgettable. Mani, the guy in the middle of the photo I shared, picked us up from the meeting point in his jeep. From the moment we started the journey, he was not just a guide but a wonderful person too. He pays attention to every small detail and does things for you even before you ask. That’s exactly what you need on a trip! Since we didn’t know Malayalam, Mani took care of everything—he arranged our tickets, food, and any help we needed. He took us to an elephant ride, then to the spice and flower garden (he bought the tickets himself), then to the tea factory (again got the tickets for us), and then to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, the tea gardens, and Top Station. While coming back, he asked if I needed anything else. I said I wanted to buy a saree, so he took me to one of the best shops for handloom Kerala sarees. I ended up buying 3 of them—they were absolutely beautiful! He also made sure we had the best local Kerala food. He stopped by a roadside buffet spot, asked around, and found a place run by Kannur Kitchen. Oh my God, the food was so authentic and delicious! I will never forget this experience in my life. The person, the hospitality, the care, the love, and the peace you get here—it’s all beyond beautiful. I honestly feel speechless. There’s still more to explore, but I already feel so full and happy with everything I saw. Thank you so much, Mani. I love what you do, and I hope you continue doing it always. Everyone deserves a guide like him. ❤️❤️

An unforgettable experience in Munnar - Our trip around munnar was truly unforgettable. Mani Shallam, the centre guy in our photo infront of his 4WD , picked us up from the meeting point. From the moment we started the journey, he was able to understand what we'd like and show us what is the best of the tour. He pays alot of attention to details and does things for you even before you ask And let's you relax, Since we didn’t know the local language , Mani was our go to for everything—he arranged our tickets, food, and directed us across local shops. He took us to an elephant ride, then to the spice and flower garden (he bought the tickets himself), then to the tea factory (again got the tickets for us), and then to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, the tea gardens, and finally to Top Station. The trip was remarkable as our guide was very upfront about the experience and was very accommodating to change. I reside in Mumbai and the climate here is wonderful ( 22 April 2025). After completing our tour, on the way back, he asked if we need anything else. My gf wanted to buy a saree, so he took us to one of the best shops for handloom :Kerala sarees. She ended up buying 3 of them—they were absolutely stunning!! I will never forget this experience in my life. The person, the hospitality, the care, the love, and the peace you get here—it’s all refreshing. Total tea experience - We had a very goodvand interesting experience on this tour. Our guide Ramesh was excellent and gave great insight into the tea making process and also the history and challenges of people working at the plantation. A highly recommended tour.

Great introduction to Munnar’s natural beauty! - Had an amazing day on the tea valley tour! My guide, Mr. Ganesan, was excellent. The tour is an easy and great way to see all the stunning views over the valley.

Joy ride through tea valley - This ride through the Munnar tea valley provided many beautiful views and interesting experiences. The driver was very helpful and friendly. He stopped at many special viewpoints for photos. The Rose Garden and spice face were wonderful. I enjoyed the unique experience of ridding in the tuktuk but it would not be suitable for those looking for great comfort. It. was fun and I had a great time.

Full day tuk tuk tour of Munnar - We had the BEST day with Marimuthu seeing the best bits of Munnar on a tuk tuk. We saw so many beautiful sites, and our guide was amazing at telling us stories and making sure we went to the best spots for views. He also taught us about animals and plants that we passed along the way. Highly recommend this full day your and if you're lucky with Marimuthu!

Just perfect to get a full overview of Munnar area - I really enjoyed this tour, which was perfect after a sunrise hike. Ramesh, my guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I could get a better understanding about life at Munnar. His English was very good. He was very flexible and asked me what were my priorities as I had to be back before the tour was supposed to end. Also as it was a Friday, he did the tour at reverse and knew where to go first to beat buses of visitors so I was alone at Echo Point while when we passed after it was crowded. The landscape to reach Top Station is breathtaking, along with tea plantations you can see Eucalyptus type tree forests, of course used by tea factories. Even if Top Station is cloudy, as it was for me, it is very well worth doing this tour and booking through Munnar Info as the staff is very hospitable and accomodating.

Green tea valleys and nature of Munnar - This tour was the best to discover the tea valleys of Munnar in one day! We saw so many wild animals, the flower garden, the spice plantation, the church and went all the way up to the Top Station. Our guide Mr. Marimuthu was excellent! He showed us lots of plants on the way, stopped to see animals, view points and explained a lot and he was a wonderful photographer! We enjoyed so much! A BIG Thank you to Mr. Marimuthu - we definitely recommend this tour!

great experience with mr. marimithu - first of all make sure you get a guide / driver who speaks good english. at first I got a man who didn't understand anything and it was impossible to talk along the way. as the weather changed i tried to tell him to change the plan but no luck at all. only after phone call with manager ( very helpful) we turned around and I got mr. Marimuthu - amazing guy who knows everything important, stops at any interesting spots and explains what you see. he really made my day! he has amazing customer focus, is funny, friendly yet professional, drives safe and we had a lot of fun around Munnar tea walley. sure, the travel company is important but your guide is what matters. i recommend him 1000%. thank you, jana
