• The tour includes specific activities and destinations as outlined in the itinerary. Additional requests or deviations will not be accommodated.
• Meals, except for the first night’s dinner (meal box) and the second morning’s breakfast, are not included. Guests are responsible for their own lunch expenses.
• The tour follows a fixed schedule, and guests must adhere to the provided timings for transportation and activities.
• Accommodation is at Jonnobi-Mura, a traditional Japanese Ryokan. Please follow Ryokan’s customs and guidelines.
• The tour concludes with a free seating Shinkansen ticket for the return to Tokyo, allowing guests to choose their departure time, subject to seat availability.
• Guests should bring personal essentials such as sunscreen, insect repellent, necessary medications, and a small backpack for personal belongings and purchases.
• The fireworks festival will be held in the rain in principle, but may be postponed or canceled in case of severe weather. If the festival is postponed or canceled before the day of the tour, the tour will be canceled and your payment will be refunded. If the decision to postpone or cancel is made on the day of the tour, no refund will be given.
• It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour on foot from the parking lot to the fireworks venue (one way).
• The fireworks festival is held at night, and due to expected traffic restrictions after the event, arrival at the hotel will be late at night.
• The hotel arrival time may vary depending on traffic and other conditions on the day.
• o comply with bus driver working hour regulations, the departure time on Day 2 may be adjusted to a later time than usual. In this case, you may be asked to wait at the hotel after check-out until departure. Thank you for your understanding.
• For this tour, it is possible to board or disembark at Omiya Station as well as Ueno Station for both outbound and return journeys (the boarding/disembarking station must be the same for both directions). Please inform us at the time of booking.
• For en route boarding, please purchase a platform admission ticket at your boarding station and proceed to the departure platform. The cost of the admission ticket is at your own expense.
• Details on how to board will be provided by phone to the group representative by the day before departure.
• No refunds or discounts are available for en route boarding/disembarking.
• Please select the same boarding/disembarking station for all members of your group. If different stations are required within a group, please indicate this in the remarks section at the time of booking.

• Please note: The walk from the entrance of the Okusha approach (cedar avenue) to Okusha takes about 40–50 minutes one way.

• Seats cannot be selected in advance; you will be guided to your seats on the day of the event.
