Best experience! - Best experience, so worth it! Our guide, Yui was wonderful. The waterfall was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Mt. Fuji was covered in clouds but still a great experience. The only hard thing was the meeting place on google maps at Tokyo station was incorrect by 2 blocks so it was very confusing.

Great tour - The tour was great and the spots nice to visit. Even though it’s a short amount of time, gave us a look at mont Fuji areas. The tour guide was easy to communicate and friendly!

Amazing Mt Fuji experience and more! - Our guide took us on a perfect itinerary for the day. We had great weather, but we know of others who had no luck with photos at other locations. The day was well-paced, varied and very comfortable. Ukei was a very experienced tour leader and made the day more fun with her personality and special touches such as a farewell momento for each of us. Her organisation and communication were also excellent.

Beautiful Views - Views were beautiful. Mt Fuji was hiding to start but it cleared up, with many moments to capture beautiful pictures. Yunon, our guide was kind and patient despite many travelers late at each stop by more than a few minutes (without any apology) and held up the group which changed our itinerary to not be able to visit all the stops. Sengen park was busy. Due to cherry blossoms festival the walk from the park was quite far, so must be able to walk. Unfortunately cherry blossoms not in bloom due to cold weather. However, we saw them all around Tokyo and other areas. Definitely get the ice cream on second floor of the shop at the lake stop. Amazing!! The waterfalls were beautiful and Yunon recommended we stay there longer than rush 2 last stops, which was perfect as it was a nice area to spend 1.5 hours with well priced shopping, and beautiful scenery. I heard there were some rude travellers being unkind to her when she nicely called them to request they return to the bus. If you see any bad reviews it was likely because of some that ruined it for others, but she was very respectful and polite to everyone. The bus ride is very long due to traffic, so be prepared for that, but the views and stops are worth it!

Very picturesque - They take you to 4 different sites where you can see Mt Fuji in all its glory. They for 45 mins to 1 hour for photos. We were lucky because we went on a clear sunny day. Our guide and driver were both very kind.

Great guide, great tour, my sons favorite thing so far! - It was our fourth day in Japan and lucky for us the skies cleared up and it was a beautiful and sunny day, allowing for great pictures. Our guide Yunon was absolutely wonderful! Her English was very good and she was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. Highly recommend this tour. I wish Yunon the best of luck at university in Colorado.

Could have been so much better - The views were beautiful in all 4 stops however the whole trip felt disorganised and rushed. The guide although kind and friendly and obviously trying her best could not speak English to the level required for the role. She was unable to communicate more than the most basic instructions so we did not get any information about mount fuji, the history etc as described on other reviews. At the first spot we didn't have enough time to get to the viewpoint, as we had to rush back to meet at 11am. We then had to stand and wait for 30mins for everyone to get back - so those who were on time wasted 30 mins waiting in a carpark. The guide did not have the confidence to organise the group and counting people to see who was missing was very chaotic to the point we nearly took over calling out peoples names to get moving. The other spots were then rushed- the schedule advised we would get 30 mins at the lake which was beautiful- but on arrival we were told to be back on the coach in 15mins so had to rush photos and lunch. The next 2 stops were equally rushed. It did not feel like a relaxing enjoyable experience. A shame as the scenery was absolutely stunning and this had the potential to be a great trip.

Know your guide’s name - I missed my tour even though I was at the right place 15 min. Ahead. Be sure to remember the name of your guide(who will sent a What’sApp the night before) and be sure you have access to wifi so you can call your guide if you don’t link up. There were at least 10 different guides at the same corner today. We were well over a hundred tourists going from guide to guide trying to find the right one. Others beside me were also left behind. Also, if your tour starts at another spot before your meeting place, be aware that your bus may come a little late.
