An unforgettable day in Zakopane! - Adam was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, fun, and full of great vibes. The smoked cheese and vodka tastings were delicious, and we had plenty of time to explore and soak in the hot springs. Everything felt well-paced and easy. Adam also went above and beyond with local recommendations that made the rest of my stay even better. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for culture, relaxation, and good energy all in one day!

Trip to Zacopane - Full day experience and lots of time to explore on your own. Very punctual and very clear description of the day laid out. Good recommendations for shops and restaurants.

Zakopane visit=very nice - Very good guide and good experiences. Booked 2 days prior, and everything went well. Hotel pickup was very nice, since it was kind of early. Our guide Joanna was very nice. She gives good instructions and when the trip was done gave a list of things to do in Cracow.

- Our tour guide Joanna was truly fantastic. She was so informative, so full of enthusiasm and we could see the genualy loved what she was doing. Full of helpful info and tips for us to do separate from the trip we were on.

- We went on a tour to the lovely Chocholow and Zakopane. The views were amazing, and we got beautiful photos. More importantly, Joanna was very knowledgeable and had an enthusiasm that rubbed off on us the whole trip.

- A lovely day with a visit that included a stop for vodka and cheese in a lovely village setting, a mountain trip by cable car and the final destination "hot springs". This is more of a public swimming pool with lots of jacuzzis than hot spring but enjoyable all the same. Clean changing rooms. Very well organised with a great host, Natalia.

Very uncomfortable - We loved the visit to the springs and our guide Joanna went above and beyond to connect us with family but the journey to and from was awful. #1 we were offered hotel pickup but everyone on tour had to go to pickup points #2 the Mercedes Van was exceptionally uncomfortable. I’m 5 foot 3 and didn’t have enough leg room. There was a luggage rack about 6 inches below the ceiling so all of us had to keep our backpacks on our laps and the center aisle was very narrow. This would be fine for a short trip but we were in the bus for almost 4 hours total!
