• Knik Glacier - The impressive Knik Glacier is one of the largest remaining glaciers in Southcentral Alaska, stretching 26 miles long and 6 miles wide at its base.

Discover stunning blue pools, swirling moulins, deep crevasses, and striking ice formations as you step from your helicopter onto the icy expanse of the Knik Glacier.

As the snow recedes to reveal the blue glacial ice, skilled pilots land the helicopter on the glacier’s surface, allowing you to witness the brilliant blue melt pools and deep crevasses. During the summer, you have the option to take a polar plunge into one of these vast pools.

• Chugach Mountains - Enjoy an aerial view of the Chugach Range as you soar past snow-capped peaks, cascading waterfalls, and braided river valleys before touching down on over 300 feet of ancient glacial ice!

Accessible for just a few months each year, these stunning ice caves offer a unique opportunity to explore glaciers from the inside. This adventure provides more flight time than our standard winter landings, as the caves are located deeper within the Chugach Range.

Fly through the picturesque Knik River Valley, taking in breathtaking views of rugged mountains, frozen waterfalls, and glaciers on your way to a secluded ice cave in the Chugach Range. Guided by your pilot, you’ll land and explore an ice cave carved at the base of one of Alaska’s expansive glaciers.

Approximately 50 minutes of flight time, with the remaining time dedicated to exploring the ice caves.

• CHECK IN TIME is 30 minutes prior to departure time. If you arrive late your excursion may be shortened, cancelled or rescheduled.
• Weight limit is 300 pounds per seat. R44 max weight is 650 pounds. R66 max weight is 900 pounds.
• Service animals are allowed on a case by case basis. Call to inquire.
• Solo Travelers: Please note that we may reach out to reschedule your time if a 2 person minimum is not met.
• Accuratly reporting weight is essential for proper weight and balance of the helicopter. Large discrepancies in reported weights may result in additional fees.
