Participants will create fresh tuna, salmon, and vinegar-seasoned vegetable sushi, along with the traditional Inari sushi. Additionally, they will learn to craft delicate sushi rolls (thin rolls) to enhance their journey to becoming a sushi expert! Finally, they will arrange their creations into an exquisite bento box. All ingredients are sourced directly from the Tsukiji market to ensure the highest quality.
Beyond cooking, participants will explore professional Japanese traditional kitchen tools in their authentic setting. Tsukiji’s legendary shops, where top chefs hone their blades, provide the genuine knives used—a unique opportunity not offered by ordinary classes.

- This tour departs strictly on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows under any circumstances, including prior notification. Please allow plenty of time for travel to the meeting point.
- No takeout available. For food safety, all sushi and lunch boxes must be consumed on-site and cannot be taken to go.

- Services not listed (For example : Extra food and drinks, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Transportation to/from attractions) are not included in the tour.

- We are located on the “3rd floor” of the building that Sushi restaurant “Sushizanmai Bekkan” (Annex). Directions: To the right side of the building, you will find a narrow pathway leading to the elevator. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
- !!!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!!! There are several Sushizanmai locations in Tsukiji. Please make sure you are at the “Bekkan” building! This tour is completely independent and not affiliated with the Sushizanmai restaurant. Please do not ask the restaurant staff for directions or questions regarding this tour.
- The tour may end later than scheduled depending on conditions on the day.
- This is a hands-on cooking class where you will eat what you prepare; however, as we handle raw fish, please refrain from participating if you are feeling unwell.
