- Participants under 140cm in height are not allowed to participate.

- If you arrive at the meeting place before the meeting time, the store might be closed, but the guide will arrive there 15min before of the meeting time, so please wait a moment.
- The meeting time will be 15 minutes before the tour start time for the e-bike briefing.
- Please note that this is the group tour, if you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- If it is determined that the tour cannot be held due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you by e-mail on the day before the tour. We will ask you some of the options such as 1)Change of itinerary 2)Change to a rental tour 3)Change to a special tour that takes you to places you would not normally go by train instead of the places you would normally go by ebike. 4)Refund Please note that you will be asked to choose one of the following options.

- If you need to leave your luggage, there is a place to keep it in the E-bike shop. We can also rent you knapsack for free.
