Great Tsukiji experience! - Shun was an excellent guide to the market, with loads of insights about the food, ingredients, and the culture and history. I would happily do the tour again! There was A5 wagyu, fish cakes, sashimi, a chef demo, shrines, temples, and more!

A feast for the senses - The fish market tour was interesting and fun. The market is really more like food stalls and restaurants, not an open air fish market. The variety of offerings is amazing! Our guide was very polite and well-spoken and our group was a nice size at just 5 people. I had hoped our guide would offer more information on the history of the foods we were sampling, and more about the food in general. When we finished the tour with our sushi meal, he could not identify all of the sushi fish, which surprised me.
