Tsukiji and Taiga - Ninja Food Tours deliver a great tour because they hire professional, friendly and knowledgeable guides like Taiga. Taiga knew the perfect places to go and was able to provide the history of each place and what makes those places unique in the market. He took his time with our questions. His English was perfect. We could tell he had established solid relationships with the vendors we visited based on his interactions with them. This made each stop seem more special.

Delicious food and Keiji (host) was a delight! - Keiji was incredible. So lovely and warm, he looked after our group and explained so much about the market and the food selection. We didn’t feel rushed, sat and able to enjoy the food. And got VIP service at some busier spots. He was so helpful for recommendations in Tokyo. Thank you Keiji!

Tsukiji market tour! - Our tour with keiji was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable, shared history about the market and Japan and took us to some delicious spots. My favourite was the tuna and the matcha and sweets at the end!

Kaz was incredible! Amazing English and so friendly! He knew a lot of the vendors by name- best food tour in Tokyo - Kaz took us to all very different places - some touristy but mostly places you would never guess to go to.
He takes you almost behind the scene and authentic places.
We are all foodies and have never had food like this- Kaz made it extra special.

Very interesting culinary and historical tour - Taiga was a great guide, sharing lots of great information and perspectives about the history of the fish market, the harbour area, the shrines, the local cuisine and businesses. Also suggested other things to see and do in Tokyo, and other Japanese experiences. Thank you for a great morning and all the variety of different foods we tried! The high grade tuna sushi and sake were especially memorable! 😋

A great experience - We had a great time! Yusuke was an amazing tour guide for the Tsukiji fish market. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and in addition to the amazing food samples we had, he gave us some background of the vendors and history of the market. Thank you Yusuke for a very memorable day!!!

Worth the $$ - We were so excited to have Yusuke as our guide as he did an incredible job with a sake tasting two nights prior to this tour. The fish market is very crowded and it would be easy to be overwhelmed. Instead Yusuke led our group of 7 adults to the best stalls and answered a myriad of questions from the group. We started off with a tasting of Tamago and then moved onto to wonderful bites of different fish. We didn’t have to wait in the very long line at the most popular tuna stand. Instead we waited a few minutes while enough counter space came available and had the best bites of toro of our entire trip. We ended with matcha and dessert. Yusuke even sent us his tips for sightseeing/eating in Tokyo. I highly recommend this tour.

Do this Tsukiji Fish Market Tour! - We had the best time at the Tsukiji Fish Market with Yusuke! He was very attentive to all the guest in our party, and went slowly explaining everything we were seeing and also answering any and all questions we had. With Yusuke, we were able to cut the lines for all food stops. He got everything set up and ready for us to eat and try. Would highly recommend this tour and Yusuke for anyone who wants an authentic trip to Tsuiji Fish Market.
