Helpful tour to not get overwhelmed - In theory one could do the temple and the fish market by oneself and for free, but it can get easily very overwhelming.
All the food stalls we passed were very tasty and lots of interesting information was given. The guide is super helpful and will take care of all communication, so if you prefer a hasslefree experience: this is your tour.
If you feel adventurous and are not afraid of communicating with the locals, you can also do the fish market on your own, it's just a food market open to the public.

You Can Experience this on Your Own - We left this tour and did our own. Take my advice and get dropped in the morning before the crowds come and select your own delicious spots. There is no fee to visit the temple and market as listed on this experience. Our tour guide was nice, but we had late guests we had to wait for as well as it was such an awkward tour all together. I was really disappointed. Anyone can take this tour on their own. It is a waste of time and money.
