Fantastic service - Mum and dad said this was perfect - direct and just what they were after. The only thing I would add to your advert is the distance from the cruise port to the bus stop as it was approx 4km they said and caught a shuttle bus to get there

Reliable, economical transfer. Compared to others I researched this was best. Cruise ship transfer was double plus - Reliable worry free and economical. Fair price. It was less than half the price of the shuttle provided by the Cruise line. Instructions how and where to catch it were easy to understand and accurate. There were no problems at all

Really great price for... - Really great price for transport to the airport from the cruise port. The only downside is that it is not directly from the cruise port. You have to take a free shuttle from the port to a separate location 10 mins away, and then take the bus to the airport.

Well it is cheap, but... - It might be cheaper than a transfer by the cruise ship company... BUT... you need to get with the free port shuttle to the cruise bus terminal at Largo Della Pace. The bus leaves outside the terminal, so you must carry all your baggage to get out. That day it was ok: we were lightly packed, and it was dry and warm. The meeting point was on an uneven lawn without seats and shadows. I guess how comfortable the situation would be if it rained outside. At 09:00 hrs, they escorted us to their bus. Here we waited for more walk-ins without reservation but also waited longer than 09:30 hrs. For someone with a tight flight, it would not be funny to wait for someone who is not punctual or for potential further walk-ins to fill up the bus. Lucky for the guests going to Rome: they had a separate bus and were not filled up on our bus. The bus itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked. They only stop at Terminal 3 - so guests leaving from Terminal 1 need to walk a while. So check if it is worth paying slightly more and go directly from the ship to the appropriate terminal without walking from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. Sometimes it is worth paying slightly more for a private transfer, especially if you are a party of 3/4 or more.

Hot and bothered - I have used this service several times and always had a great experience. On this occasion it was terrible we were stuffed in a small bus like sardines with luggage in the isles. I have 2 further bookings which I am thinking of cancelling. We had to walk several 100 yard to get to the bus which is located outside the port gates. I am hoping this is a one off as I will not use them again if this is the norm.

Horrible Customer Service - Horrible customer relations. Our flight was changed and we attempted to contact the tour company to change our transport. Both Viator support and the travel company were no help. Attempts to even contact the company by phone and email were fruitless. No calls or emails were answered. We were forced double our cost by hiring another transport.
