Amazing day in Rome - Luca was our guide and Pino was our driver. They were exceptional and professional. They took us to some hidden gems in Rome and we were able to visit the major sites with ample time to explore the Colosseum. Luca took us to a local trattoria that served amazing classic Italian dishes. He gave us a special treat wirh yummy gelatos towards the end of our trip. Our kids loved it. I highly recommend Luca for a day trip to Rome.

Luca + Rome = Golden Experience - Luca was the perfect tour guide for our day in Rome from our cruise ship. He picked us up at the port and drove the little over an hour distance to city center. This was our third time in Rome but the first time for our kids. While he took the group to all the typical highlights he also took us to 3 "surprise" stops that we had never been to before and were so unique! He had arranged for a lunch at a local trattoria and ordered for us so we had the best and most local experience. Luca was funny, entertaining and we all learned so much! He definitely become Uncle Luca by the end of our day together!

Civitavecchia Port to Rome Tour - Our driver Stephane was fantastic! He was timely, polite, and took us to all the places we requested and even included some extra stops we didn’t know we’d love! He had a great wealth of knowledge of Rome and tied all the wonderful history significant to each location into our experience. He was great to converse with and was a great driver with a clean air conditioned car. He even got us a table at a fantastic restaurant for lunch in the middle of the city which was to die for. With such a fun filled day he managed to remain mindful of our schedule and got us back to the port in plenty of time. We would do this tour again in heart beat. A little pricey but worth the cost. Highly recommend!

Perfect One-Day Overview of Rome from the Chivitavecchia port - We had the best time touring Rome with Luca. He picked us up at the terminal about 8:30 am in his new . Our first stop was a beautiful viewpoint next to the Trastevere. We saw all the major sights, including the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and the Pantheon. Lunch was amazing. We'd asked Luca to choose a place for us so he reserved a table at a small family owned restaurant, L'angoletto Romano. Luca had ordered our shared meal ahead of time so when we sat down the red and white wines were on table and the dishes kept getting delivered, including lemoncello. Our huge lunch (more than we could eat) was very reasonably priced. The owners sat at a nearby table and we learned that they were very happy to see that we were enjoying our meal and obviously having a nice time. In the afternoon we visited a couple more places including Vatican City. We didn't have time to tour the cathedral but it was nice to see, in person, St. Peter's Square. We knew we were pressed for time with only one day in port but we were more than satisfied with how much we were able to see. We had plenty of time for the Coliseum, which we had purchased tickets for in advance online. We saw but didn't tour the Pantheon, maybe another time. We weren't expecting to visit Vatican City because of our time restraints, so that was a pleasant surprise. The famous Trevi fountain was surrounded by fencing since they were working on it so we didn't bother to get in the long line to throw a coin. We had a nice overview of the city's most famous landmarks without the hassle of driving, parking or bus/train schedules. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide and driver than Luca. We had a fantastic day and we owe much of that to Luca.

Trip to Rome from cruise port - The tour was amazing Luca took us to all the main sites.picked us up outside cruise port, we were a party of 7 we were never rushed, he even set up time to have a bite to eat. It was excellent and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see the best of Rome 😎😎😎😎

What an amazing day……a 6 star experience - We were a party of 12 on a cruise with 3 family friend groups of ages 11- 50+. From the start the experience was amazing with exceptional communication. Luca and Maurizio met us immediately outside the boat in 2 gleaming Mercedes vans with AC. The tour was incredibly well planned, taking in the key sites with excellent commentary geared to the range of ages in the group. They also incorporated a requested unscheduled stop with grace and charm. What we appreciated most was the attention to detail and the local knowledge from the key places to take superb photos to the fabulous lunch with local wine and delicious limoncello. Thank you for a magical and memorable trip to Roma. We highly recommend the trip.
