A staff member will accompany the group to Rome and provide a complimentary map. The drop-off and pick-up point in Rome is conveniently located in front of the Justice Palace, near the Vatican and the historic city center.
To locate the meeting point: After disembarking, take one of the complimentary shuttle buses from the cruise ship to LARGO DELLA PACE, a 10-minute ride. CIVITATOURS staff, identifiable by their yellow uniforms (t-shirts/jackets), will be there to guide you to the bus.
Please ensure arrival at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Be mindful of potential lines for the free shuttle from the cruise ship.

- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
