Kawah Putih Tour - Papandayan Mountain

White Crater - After breakfast, depart at 8:00 AM to Ciwidey, stopping by a rice field area and a coffee luwak home industry, known for producing one of the most expensive coffees, processed by civets before roasting. Then, continue to visit Kawah Putih lake (7.10° S 107.24° E), one of the two craters forming Mount Patuha, an andesitic stratovolcano. Mount Patuha is among the many volcanoes in Java.

Tea Country, PTPN 8 - Continue driving to Rancabali, stopping at a tea plantation area. Here, enjoy a short walk through the plantation, capturing the beautiful surrounding panorama in photos, then proceed to Rengganis Crater.

Rengganis Crater - Rengganis Crater is one of the most fascinating craters around the south of Bandung. This narrow river valley is alive with volcanic activity, and locals have created artificial ponds near thermal springs of varying temperatures, some with bamboo pipes for a hot “shower.” The newest and largest of these pools, which is also the most accessible, is heart-shaped. Pools of warm mud offer a chance for a mud spa, believed to have medicinal benefits for your skin. Relax and enjoy the hot springs, then continue driving to Garut, stopping for lunch at a Sundanese restaurant. Stay overnight in Garut.

Papandayan Tour - Kampung Naga-Tasik

Mount Papandayan - Early morning at 4:00 AM, drive to the spectacular Papandayan volcano, trekking for 30 minutes to the sunrise point. Enjoy a simple breakfast while watching the sunrise, then continue exploring the volcanic activity. Travelers can experience a great walk around one of the most active volcanoes in Java, with a 4-5 hour walk exploring various volcanic features and a warm lake, milky blue-green in color from the last eruption in 2002. After enjoying the volcano, drive to Tasik, where the landscape is stunning, with terraced rice fields visible all the way to Tasikmalaya. Stop at Kampung Naga.

Kampung Naga - Explore a traditional village and a museum piece of Sundanese architecture and village life. This community strongly adheres to ancestral traditions, differing from other communities outside Kampung Naga. The community lives in traditional simplicity and environmental wisdom. Continue driving to Tasik to drop off at the bus station if continuing to Pangandaran Beach, at the train station for a night train to Jogjakarta, or at a hotel in Tasik, or return to Bandung to conclude the program.
