I’ll admit, I was disappointed at first because I had envisioned those vibrant sunset skies in our photos. But what happened next truly impressed us. When I expressed my concerns, Fernando and his manager immediately acknowledged the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did Fernando still take photos that first night, but they also scheduled a second mini session for us the following evening right at sunset—and the photos were absolutely stunning. Their professionalism, accountability, and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience turned everything around. We left feeling valued and very satisfied with the outcome. If you're considering a family photo session, know that you're in great hands—especially with someone like Fernando who truly cares about delivering a beautiful final product. Highly recommend!
