Captain Mark and Zack lead us to the dolphins - Zack and Captain Mark did great with guiding through the waters of Clearwater. We saw a lot of Dolphins and a mama and her baby!! Zack knew a lot about the buildings that we saw along the way as well as the dolphin knowledge. Captain Mark kept us on the right path and did great with keeping us safe. Thank yall so much, this was an exciting experience as well as relaxing!

Highly recommend! Fantastic Experience! - I cannot say enough about the experience we had. My daughter and granddaughter were visiting from NY, (and my daughter and I previously have gone on a different tour in Clearwater for Dolphin sightings, which do not compare). These 2 gentleman, Matt and Mark were outstanding,! Very informational as far as the dolphins and the scenery we were passing, the boat was not overly crowded and we saw quite a few dolphins in the 2 hour trip. The sand dune was a nice break off the boat for 20 minutes where we looked for shells and went in the water. Matt even gave us a great suggestion for a place to go for lunch which we passed on the ride! It was all awesome!

Great experience, awesome staff! - Great experience with Fins up! Mat the captain was awesome to let our 5 y/o son drive the boat. It definitely meant a lot to us and will mean more later on in our son’s life. Zach the tour guide is very knowledgeable, he adds humor and fun to his lines. Gabby on training is on point. We had fun watching the dolphins, the sunset, and tour of the Bay Area over all. We will definitely recommend Fins Up whenever you are visiting the area!

Highly recommend - We did the sunset cruise with Matt and Zack. They were great! They brought us to close encounters with dolphins, dolphins were only a couple feet away from boat. We even saw dolphin calves. They were so knowledgeable about the area, pointing out different landmarks.

10 out of 10 - We had so much fun! We saw multiple dolphins, the island stop was beautiful and we actually learned a lot! I would definitely recommend and we will absolutely do this again! Thank you Fins Up!!!

Good time, great price! - Tried them out yesterday with my family, had a good time. Boat was nice, both guys on the boat were knowledgeable and fun. Saw dolphins many times in the bay.

Excellent trip - A lovely trip which we fully enjoyed.. We went with Captain Mark and Zak. Zak was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and did an excellent commentary. Would fully recommend taking the trip and we felt it was value for money.. Saw plenty Of wildlife including dolphins, Ospreys and Skimmers.

Mark and Eliza are Fabulous - Mark and Eliza were great boat captains and first mate, very entertaining! They ensured we had the best boat placement to view the key aspects of the trip! Eliza was so knowledgeable, but that’s to be expected since she “works at the aquarium”!!! lol!! Definitely recommend!!

Fun times - There was a storm coming but we got out for a little and it was nice, staff was very nice as well. We did see dolphins and some of the sunset. Did not get to sandbar

Sadly disappointed - First, I will say it was beautiful weather and nice boat ride. I just don’t think you should advertise “guaranteed dolphin siting” because clearly that’s not true, we didn’t see ANY wildlife besides birds. The worst part was that the crew didn’t even try to entertain us with information, I feel like they should have at least given us some knowledge about the animals we should have been seeing but nada. They put on the worst, most boring music and we cruised…that’s all! There were customers sleeping and playing on their phones, no engagement whatsoever so for that reason, I can’t say I’d recommend it! The tour guides can make or break your experience and in this case, I’d say it was broken!
