Great service - Stayed on the island for a week. James was really easy to work with and dropped off a cart at our rental house within 30 mins or the reservation.

Easy way to self tour the island - Kind of a fun way to tour the island. Didnt experience any issues . The map they give you leaves you making many misturns, but you really can’t get lost.

Great Ride. - It was about a 5 minute walk to get outside the gates. We traveled the whole island to the lighthouse and back. Just remembered you are driving on the other side of the road.

Easy last minute rental! - Paradise is setup outside the gate. It worked great for our last minute reservation. Walk to the left along the red brick path to find them. See Wally! Our cruise only offered 2 hour rentals and Paradise is all day. We cruised north to the lighthouse had a cold beer and even saw a whale! Be sure and stop for a photo of the Grand Turks sign and wave to fellow golf carters along the way. Just before you reach town turn off to Pillary Beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas here. The water was really calm and had good snorkeling. The highlight was the local food options. We loved the fried Conch! When returning the golf cart we paid $10 for gas and dropped it off. Very easy!

Can’t miss this opportunity! - Wally was great to work with! I called and found making the cart drop off at my hotel so easy. Highly recommend! No better way to see the island.

Bit of a walk, but good. - We were very happy with our rental. Easy to pick up and return the cart, employees were nice and helpful. It was about a ten minute walk from the cruise port, had to leave the cruise port area entirely.

Golf cart fun but not perfect by any means - The golf cart ran but was rough and a little rundown. The seat got very hot with the motor running underneath us within 15 minutes of driving. You might consider using a towel between you and the seat. The first time we stopped off, we couldn’t get it to start. We finally got it to start when we adjusted the shifter. This happened multiple times-nearly every time we stopped. Price is not the most fair within the carts offered around the area but we had fun driving around so getting a cart is definitely worth it. We did notice our cart ran slower than a lot of the others on the road. They did make sure we had a map and their phone number before we left. We had to fill up a little bc tank was not full of gas at all and we didn’t want to be stranded. We paid the $10 for gas at the end rather than fill it up for $7 per gallon.

Ok.... - The cart was so loud that we couldn't hear each other, and it KEPT cutting off while we were driving. It was kinda silly as people were staring as was driving by like the motor was about to blow

Poor Quality Carts - It was the most expensive rental. There were many other companies for less. Cart was very slow, we were passed by all the other carts, we had to continually keep peddle to floor. Vender didn’t seem to care about the issues.

Viator costs more than golf carts right at port. - I had a reservation with Viator for a 4 seater golf cart for $155. in Grand Turk. Our friends also needed a golf cart which they were able to rent for $140 right at the terminal,without a reservation immediately after disembarking the cruise ship. Their golf cart was in perfect condition. We on the other hand had to leave the terminal area where the confusion began. No information about which company to go to. Several golf cart companies present. We finally found the company that Viator put us with, Paradise rentals and they couldn't find a decent golf cart to rent us. Something was wrong with each one. Finally they rented us one that sputtered and perked the whole day. When we stopped we had to have someone push us to start it again.
