Sting Rays and Turtles!! - Aquatic Escapes TCI and owner Compton Clarke, we owe you and Hasani our gratitude 🙏. A must do when on GT. A six person glass boat and lots of wildlife! We didn’t get pictures or video of the magnificent sea turtles we saw but we got footage of the many spotted sting rays! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun, scenic, enjoyable - Started this tour right after clear kayak photos. Beautiful & peaceful experience in the mangroves. First time kayaker. Totally doable and not scary for anybody nervous about trying it. Compton knows tons about all this stuff and was a pleasure.

So much fun!! I would go again. - The experience was fun and the guides were very personable and trustworthy. It was a slow start because it’s a start up business. They were a little unorganized, but the actual excursion was fun. I would recommend it hoping he gets better with staying on time.

Amateur organization and disappointing experience - Our experience with this kayak tour was disappointing due to several discrepancies between description and reality. 1. Meeting place and launching conditions • The uncertain starting point had to be confirmed by telephone, which was not specified. • The boat launch was on an abandoned site, without services (no toilets, no infrastructure). • The water contained broken glass, making boarding risky. 2. Transport and logistics • The departure originally scheduled for 11:30 a.m. has been postponed to 1:00 p.m. • Transport arrived even later, at 1:30 p.m. 3. Non-compliance of equipment • One of the main attractions of the tour was the transparent bottom kayaks, as advertised in the tour description • However, the kayaks provided were not transparent at all and in poor condition. 4. Experience on the water • We hoped to see more marine wildlife, but the site was not suitable. One positive: our guide Dianco was very friendly and pleasant throughout the experience. We tried to enjoy the moment despite these problems, but it is clear that the offer does not match the advertising. Concerning the operator’s response When we expressed these concerns, we were confronted with a total lack of professionalism and a defensive attitude, even accusations of “victimization” and a lack of acceptance. Our goal was never to get a refund, but simply to inform future customers so they know what to really expect. Transparency is essential in this type of experience, and unfortunately, this tour did not live up to the expectations created by its own advertising.

Kayaking in Grand Turk - Had a great time. Owner and guides were great. Very friendly, trustworthy nice people. They are just starting their business so quite unorganized. I believe we were their first group. Would I go with them again? Probably so with hoping that they have gotten it together by then!

Dishonest, poor communication. Do not book!! - DO NOT BOOK!! I was stood up by this tour guide. I emailed 3 times prior to the tour to see what time to meet and where and he never responded to my questions. On the day of the tour, he texted me to meet at 11:50 am. We showed up, but he ignored my calls and texts once we got to the beach but answered for my friend (number he didn't recognize yet) and told us to wait. After waiting over 45 minutes, and continuing to try and communicate, we gave up waiting around in the heat and he denied my refund. He started texting me only AFTER we were back on the ship after it left the port, but not when he was supposed to meet us. Very dishonest. Poor communication all around, and very dishonest guide. I am now working with Viator and my CC company for my money back.

Aquatic escape mandrove lighthouse tour - We had this trip paid for and when we arrived at grand Turks, we could not locate this vendor. We asked 8 different employees, including a security officer, and the phone number provided to us to call would not go through. SCAM
