Beyond expectations! - We booked the tour from Brazil, at the same price as offered in loco. The company was always very attentive and provided all the requested information. As for the tour itself, three days and two nights with guide Rolando, it was excellent. He is kind, drives safely, and the car was in excellent condition. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Inolvidable - A wonderful experience. I did the 3D2N tour and it was worth it. Our guide was Nelson Five. Very careful in his work. Very proactive, diligent, helpful and collaborative. The whole itinerary was accomplished and without setbacks or problems. The food was great as well as the places to stay. You have to understand that it is a tour that involves disconnection and humility. I recommend this agency. Thank you for your work and I wish that you will continue to be better every day.

3 day tour with unforeseen accommodation - Amazing places, friendly and attentive staff, I would only add one thing and that is to give notice if you have plans in the itinerary either change activities or change accommodation to avoid misunderstanding. Everything's fine out there.

I'm disappointed - I was very well served by whatsapp and bought the tour in Brazil. The accommodation and food during the tour were great, I have nothing to complain about. What I didn’t like was a difference in treatment from the rest of the group, I believe it was because I was traveling alone. At the beginning of the tour, at the time of the distribution of the boots to have access to the salary, everyone had the opportunity to choose theirs, but for me no one asked. There was an old, horrendous, ounce-and-jump boot left, and I didn't accept it. Still the guide was ugly with me for having to move somewhere else to get another booth for me. I hired a tour with room and private bathroom, but on the first day, I had to share a bathroom. I believe the agency can be good, I just didn't take luck with the driver/guide. Visibly he did not have the slightest desire to be there and gave us little support.

Don't wait long - I do not recommend, but I do not know if it is something of all Bolivian agencies, because it seems that the country does not know how to receive tourists, they could pick up some tips from neighboring Peru. The agency provides a driver, and not a guide to carry out the tours (keep in mind that he will only pass through the agreed points without any explanation about the local history) reinforce here the lack of preparation of professionals and I am not entering into the merit of the so dreamed photographs on the salar, but rather the lack of English, attention and understanding with tourists that is often their first contact with Latin America. Well, the meals included as lunch and dinner are typical foods of Bolivia served as a picnic, if you have a slightly nauseous taste, adapt or get hungry, the breakfast cafes are sometimes served in the hotel but without great luxuries (bread, butter, fruit, if you want egg or some other supplement has to pay). The available housing is precarious, in one of them it is necessary to pay for Wi-Fi, bath and sockets
