• Eigelstein Torburg - Upon arrival at the meeting point, each guest is provided with a personalized e-bike tailored to their preferences. The tour begins adjacent to the historic Eigelstein City Gate, where the guide offers general instructions regarding the tour, including its duration, route, and the e-bikes. Then, participants hop on their e-bikes, and the tour commences heading north of Cologne.
• St. Agnes - The tour continues through the charming Agnes-Neighborhood. The guide shares insights about the city’s development, the neighborhood, and life in Cologne.
• KolnTriangle - The tour proceeds over the Zoo Bridge, offering stunning views of the city, and continues through the Rhine Park. Participants cycle along the Rhine, enjoying spectacular views, passing the Cologne Triangle and the Old Convention Center.
• Hohenzollern Bridge - Cyclists cross the Hohenzollern Bridge to return to the Cathedral side of the city. The Hohenzollern Bridge is one of Germany’s most renowned train bridges, beautifully adorned with Cologne’s famous love padlocks. From here, the tour progresses towards the Cathedral.
• Cologne Cathedral - Participants arrive at the Cathedral’s entrance gate and listen to stories about its construction, history, development, and architecture. They then hop back on their e-bikes, circle the Cathedral, and enter Cologne’s Old Town.
• Alter Markt - Cyclists navigate the narrow streets and alleys of Cologne’s Old Town. They see both historic and modern city and town halls, the Old Market, the Hey Market, and learn more about Cologne’s medieval history.
• Chocolate Museum - From the Old Town, the tour heads south of Cologne. At the entrance of the Rheinau Harbor, participants pass the Chocolate Museum—a must-see in Cologne—and continue past the famous Crane Houses along the Rhine.
• Rheinauhafen - Cyclists explore one of Cologne’s latest city developments, where architectural styles from different periods blend harmoniously.
• Severinstorburg - Leaving the Harbor area and riding through the renowned “Südstadt,” participants experience Cologne’s urban flair, taking a short break at one of the cozy or trendy cafés or restaurants, or grabbing snacks at a local market. How they spend their break time is entirely up to them! The guide provides brief instructions about the area and ensures the e-bikes are securely locked. After the break, participants resume the tour on their e-bikes.
• Innerer Grungurtel - This marks the final leg of the route. The tour departs from the Südstadt and heads back to the Eigelstein. Cyclists ride through the “Greenbelt,” a vast parkland and the city’s green lung, cycling from south to north and experiencing the park’s various sections up close.
• Alte Feuerwache - The tour enters this unique location in the city’s north, where the guide shares fascinating stories about the area’s development and architecture. Participants get back on their e-bikes, activate the support system, and complete the final part of the tour, returning to the Eigelstein. Here, they park the e-bikes, the guide bids farewell, offers any additional recommendations or tips desired, and takes care of the bikes. This concludes the e-bike tour.

You start your discovery in the authentic Eigelstein and Agnes Neighborhoods, cross over the Rhine, and enjoy fantastic views of the city center, and the impressive Cathedral, about which your guide shares many interesting stories with you. You slowly make your way through the narrow alleys of the Old Town, via the Old Market and the Hey Market, until you reach the Rheinau Harbor - one of the most interesting urban developments in Cologne. From here it is not far to the Südstadt, with its unique urban flair, until you reach the extended parks of the “Greenbelt” and make your way back. You are accompanied by trained guides who share stories about history, architecture, culture, lifestyle, and much more.
