Very reliable airport shuttle service in Cappadocia - I had some delayed and canceled flights due to bad weather conditions which resulted in losing my hotel booking and also the airport transfer that was provided by the hotel. I needed another option and I booked this transfer service by Helios Transfer. I actually booked it at the very last minute already sitting on my flight to Kayseri Airport and wasn't 100% sure that it would work so close to the actual pickup time. Surprisingly, after I reclaimed my luggage at Kayseri Airport, there were people standing at the exit door with a list of names and my name was also on the list. I was guided to the shuttle where we also had free wifi. I actually booked a roundtrip shuttle and there was no issue at all on that second trip either back to Kayseri Airport. I was very satisfied by the service and customer support messages by Helios Transfer here on Viator. I'd definitely use their services again.
