Would highly recommend as a shuttle service in Costa Rica! - Outstanding service! The driver was very communicative, on time and it was a comfortable ride. Would definitely recommend the Pink Bus!

Recommend san jose a la fortuna - Punctual, attentive driver and specialized service. Easy to buy by the website the van has a cool vibe. Water is free and the trip is very safe. It has sockets to charge the cell phone. Super recommend

San Jose to La Fortuna shuttle - Timely pickup, and very communicative about our transport. There was an issue with the van prior to pick up, but they quickly arranged a new van. Our driver Jose was phenomenal.

Courteous and efficient. - Gerardo was our driver. He was on time, friendly, and made adjustments for rider’s drop offs changes. He even waited over 15 min for two people who never appeared, much to the annoyance of some fellow passengers. You’re on vacation, relax a bit! Oh and please cancel your ride if plans change.

Solo travel to La Fortuna - Very well organised shuttle. Nice and spacious van with wifi. They also provided pillows and water. My driver Gerardo was lovely and kept us updated throughout the drive. Very good service for a solo female travelling.

Great first experience in Costa Rica - Great way to start our trip! Our driver was on time, super friendly and safe! The bus was super comfortable and accommodating; had air conditioning and charging ports everywhere. We stopped half way for a washroom break and some amazing empanadas. If they offered shuttles around the entire country, I would have used them for everything. Pura Vida!!

Reliable, friendly drivers and good shuttle coordination - I took a shuttle from San Jose to La Fortuna and Puerto Viejo to San Jose. I was sceptical about using MPB as I couldn't find a contact number for them online and there weren't many reviews on them however all the positive reviews about MPB are true! The organisation of the shuttle is excellent. They put you in a WhatsApp group one hour before they pick you up and they arrive early to pick you up. The shuttle also picks you up if you are the only traveller that booked which is a service most other shuttles in Costa Rica do not offer. The drivers are well-versed in driving and locating places and they provide you with water and a pillow during your ride. The AC also works (a little too) well - there were times I felt really cold in the van but I was in CR during the rainy season which meant it was cooler than the dry season. The pink colour of the van is distinct and the interior and exterior are both pretty. I found that they are one of the cheaper shuttle services in Costa Rica and they are very reliable. What could be improved: - The wifi isn't reliable (but this wasn't a big deal nor was it surprising) - I wish they had more routes - I wanted to book a shuttle with them from La Fortuna to Puerto Viejo but at this time of writing, they do not offer this route. - I wish they had a card machine to accept tips - my drivers Ronnie and Eduardo (I'm unsure of the latter person's name) were absolutely lovely and made good conversation without being overly annoying. I wanted to tip them both but unfortunately, I did not have any cash on me. Overall I would 100% use this shuttle service again. Everything about MPB is pretty much perfect.
