The driver was on time... - The driver was on time for picking me up at the hotel to take me to the Dubrovnik airport. The driver was very friendly, and responded to all communications I had with him in a timely manner.

Good but need to improve. - Driver needs to reach out and confirm pickup at least a day before or whenever customer gets charged. We were provided no contact info, I sent two messages to provider, via Viator, to confirm and did not receive any response. Finally I had to reach out to Viator to find the contractor's info, then I reached out the service provider to get the driver's name and number who never got back to us. Driver showed up exactly 17:01 (on at 17:00 pickup) and drove us to the airport (thus 4 stars). Standing and waiting in front of the hotel, I had to start looking up Uber and taxi options...The anxiety is not acceptable for the service as advertised. And please don't smoke in your car (even when you are not driving customers), the smoke particles stay in the upholstery, the smell is strong and some people may be allergic to that (cough drops helped me for the drive duration). Driver needs to be more professional (as the service is advertised), honking and waving and talking to your friends from the opposite side of the road and on the phone...may be all friendly to you, but that is not professional. Hope that helps.

Wouldn’t do again - Flight was late. Texted to advise and they said they would check if they could get us. Once we arrived we were told 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter they said it would be an hour. This was international flights with 3 different connections. We ended up taking a cab rather than wait another hour or more for them to pick us up.
