• Via Pietro Boldoni - In Como, there’s a cherished tradition among locals: savoring pizza by the slice in the city’s vibrant center! To truly experience Como like a local, stopping for this tasty, quick pizza is essential.
• Piazza Amendola Giovanni - As the tour progresses, participants will sample one of Como’s most traditional dishes: polenta uncia or polenta with braised meat. A staple in the Como region and across the Alps, polenta is crafted by cooking a blend of corn and buckwheat flour, served with either succulent braised meat or with melted butter and local cheeses, as in the classic polenta uncia. Additionally, guests will enjoy the renowned sciatt—crispy, golden pancakes with a gooey, cheesy center, a crunchy treat that pairs wonderfully with the robust polenta.
