20 out of 10! - It was absolutely amazing! Our tour guy Alejandro is the best guide we have found everywhere! He was funny, understanding, very knowledgeable and kept an eye on everyone in the group to ensure nobody was left behind! Amazing how he was saying everything in English and Spanish and did not miss one joke during the translation!
The views of Como are amazing, the food was fantastic!

Nice experience msis can do better. - It was great, although visiting Como would have been much better with a guide rather than being left alone for an hour.
We're losing the story, etc.
Lugano was the most appropriate city to see, because we were alone at the end.
Very disappointed to have taken a view instead of a boat to go along Lake Como. With the bus and traffic jams, you can't see anything and above all it's too long and it impacts time on other cities to visit on the spot.
Especially since the weather was beautiful in the morning.

Good compact itinerary for Lake como - Cruise around Como and Bellagio was good. But city tour was a little redundant for customers setting off from Como given that we are already based there, the time could have been channelled to Bellagio tour which was too short for sight seeing and lunch and longer cruise time. Overall It was still gd.

Read carefully if joining from Como - We joined from Como. Guide and driver were excellent and it is a good day out. The only issue is that it is not clear that the itinerary starts in Como so you meet the bus and then there is a short tour of Como walking back into the centre with an hour of free time. The tour ends in Lugano for those from Como with paid for train tickets back to Como. Whilst the guide provides full details of how to get to the station finding the right train is up to you. Use the help available at the station. If you go knowing this then this is a great way of seeing the lake, Bellagio and Lugano.

First, our guide was... - First, our guide was fabulous!! But the arrangements from Viator were not!! If you book this tour from Como, make sure that the meeting directions are clear. We didn’t know that we were the only ones meeting a bus tour that had come from Milan. So, when we we found out that tour was going back to Milan, we asked our guide what we had to do to get back to Como. He was wonderful and called to get us train tickets back to Como, and show us how to take the train. We were then on our own getting back. Again, not the guides fault, but the organizers of the tour.

Too long day - Too short in Lugano for that long drive. Boat ride was super nice. Not enough time in Bellagio to visit.
There was a change of itinerary and we were not advised. So we had to take the train to Como vs the ferry

Good overall experience - The locations of this tour were great. It was a great way to experience the Lake Como area. The transports (pick up and drop offs did not work smoothly at all. The bus was late picking up, and we had to replan trip around 2 persons who had to go back to Milan for their passports. The trip was overbooked which caused us to have to take a separate bus- without a tour guide-and meet up with main group- even though our tour was booked months in advance.
The headsets for the tour did not work, so we had no information at all from the tour guide. Those who were hoping to gain knowledge of history and landmarks would be disppointed - the tour really shouldn’t be advertised as an informative one.
With that said-it was a great way to take in the overall Lake Como Lake experience.

Tour cancelled without notice - The tour was cancelled but we were not informed by trip advisor. We only found out about it when the coach did not show up at the allocated time and venue. I am still pending refund from the tour operator. Communication between trip advisor and customers should be improved. We were disappointed but probably more so with the poor communication.

Fake - Como city walk was not in the program
Not interesting
To Long driving 1 1/2 hour in a to Big bus
That ment a stay for only 50 min in Bellagio !
Then 1 time sailing around
Back in the bus to Lugano stay 1 hour
We Were promised to arrive with a ferry at Como. In stead of that we Got trains ticket
No water during a day
Most of the day went with delay an driving in a bus
