Unforgettable experience on Lake Como - Simply perfect experience!
I rented a Vespa on Lake Como and couldn't make a better choice. From the first moment the service was impeccable: super helpful, friendly and ready to explain everything in detail. The Vespa was in perfect condition, clean and practically new, which made the ride even more pleasant and carefree.
Touring Lake Como by Vespa is something unique: incredible views, total freedom and the possibility to stop anywhere to enjoy every glimpse. Thanks to this rental I lived an authentic and truly unforgettable experience.
Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the lake in a different and special way. I will definitely do it again! 🛵✨

Good price and great service! - My wife had reserved this online for our trip to Lake Como.
Prices were very reasonable with some really nice Vespa’s. The guys running it were very helpful, gave us some top tips for travelling around the lake and were very responsive over WhatsApp.
Would highly recommend if you are looking at hiring a bike when in Comp.

Absolutely amazing!!... - Absolutely amazing!! Jeremy did a terrific job entertaining us and ensuring that we were always safe and up to the trot. He was such a sweetheart!! The red Vespa was great, but I fell in love with the Italian one🥰🥰. Grazie Mille Jeremy and Guilin for an amazing memory.. #25yearanniversarytrip❤️❤️🇮🇹🇮🇹🍾🥂

La dolce vita en vespa - Welcome Excellent. Very friendly staff. We even exchanged in French. And what about the experience!!!. Como /Bellagio in vespa, it was magic. Breathtaking scenery, villages to discover and so convenient in 2 wheels ( Nesso, Lezzeno).
Vespa in impeccable condition. 5€ of petrol for the round trip. For the next ride, we would like the piaggo in the colors of Italy 😉.
Needless to say, we recommend. And thank you again for this day.

We were conned!!! - Do not rent here!!! We were conned. They keep your money then take what they want from it for mystery repairs. They did the same to another couple while we were waiting. Do not rent here!!

Poor communication, incomplete information - When I booked this tour I communicated with the tour operator and was told we would need our domestic license as well as an international license to go on the tour. I looked for information regarding Vespas and understood that under 125cc shouldn't require anything more than a regular license. About a week before our tour the tour operator contacted me to inquire about our experience on a Vespa. I told him that we had not ridden Vespas, only mopeds and I asked if we needed more experience to be able to do the tour. There was no response. I asked 3 more times and wanted to know if we were ok to do the tour. There was no response until the day before our tour when he said the main thing he needed to know was whether we needed one Vespa per person or if 2 people were going to ride behind another person. I took that to mean we would be good to go (it was now too late to cancel anyway.) When we showed up for the tour we were told that there weren't enough Vespas for each of us and then after they checked our licenses we were told that our domestic licenses were not acceptable as we needed a motorcycle endorsement on the license. Had he answered me when I asked about it I would have canceled and booked something else. As it was, we missed out on the tour and could only walk around. He offered for us to rent e bikes or mopeds (not enough mopeds for everyone in our group again and no tour, so we declined.) Lack of accurate information along with no response to questions asked led to a bad experience. I'm sure it's a great tour considering the location, but this could have easily been avoided with communication - and accurate information.

Attention tourist trap - Attention Tourifalle
Booked and paid for 4 scooters in advance (no reservation possible without prepayment).
On site we were then only handed 2 Vespas.
Reason: Only 2 people had the motorcycle license.
NUR: In Italy, Vespa (125cc) driving is also allowed with a B1 licence ! We were then told that this did not apply to tourists (clear lie).
In addition, it is clearly stated on the homepage of Como rental solution that either a motorcycle license OR car license B1 is required for the rental (clear misdirection).
The money for the unreceived Vespas has not been refunded to me to this day. There is no response to email inquiries.
Watch out, please!

Beware - I cannot understand the good reviews for this company. We had an absolutely awful experience.
We made a reservation for a half day Vespa. We looked all over the website ahead of time and it made no mention of having an international drivers license. It says you need to bring your valid license, which of course we did. We get there and immediately the guy at the front desk tells us we need one and that we need to go on this website and pay another 80euro to get one. We were annoyed but were in the process of doing it. You have to pay extra to have it “rushed delivered” within 3 hours because we had no idea we needed to have it because it mentions nothing about it on their website. The guy would not stop being extremely rude chastising us about how every rental company in Italy requires one which is just not true at all. Then he tells us we need to put a $500 deposit and we handed over our card which is both a debit AND a credit card and he wouldn’t accept it because it said debit on it. Wouldn’t even try it. He told us it would be a higher deposit if it was a debit card. We even agreed to that! The entire time he was extremely rude kept going on and on and at that point we walked out. It honestly seemed like he didn’t want us to rent the Vespa. Truly bizarre/unprofessional experience. Stay far away, there is definitely some scam going on here.
