A five star experience. ... - A five star experience. This was a truly amazing excursion from the breathtaking waterfalls to learning to make coffee and cocoa, and ending with a wonderful experience in the rainforest. Baum our guide in the rainforest was really amazing. This is a must do.

The beauty of Costa Rica - Rudy our guide was very welcoming and so was the driver. Couldn’t swim at the waterfall because of the previous heavy rains but still beautiful. Jeselyn was our guide and her ability to spot animals was amazing as was her knowledge. We had a nice lunch then on to learn about coffee and chocolate with Anna and Fernanda. Really enjoyed the experience and definitely recommend it.

Worth the time and money! - Saw the best wildlife and very interesting coffee and chocolate making tour. Lunch was great and our driver Carlos and tour guide Rudy were great! Had so much fun and we stayed at the Westin reserva Conchal. Bit of a drive but tour was run very smoothly.

10/10 - This tour was awesome! 10/10 hands down! Everything was on time, the best part were the waterfalls… the were absolutely amazing. The food was so good, the cooks cooked on a firewood stove, all fresh and natural. We also saw many different species on our sloth tour! It was great!!!

Fantastic River, Sloth, Coffee & Chocolate Tour! - I had a wonderful time on the River, Sloth, Coffee, and Chocolate Tour in Costa Rica. Everything was well organized, and the itinerary offered a great mix of nature, wildlife, and local culture. Our driver, Carlos, was excellent — safe, punctual, and very professional throughout the trip. Rudy, our tour guide during the drive, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the journey both fun and informative. He shared interesting facts about the areas we passed and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. Overall, it was a great experience from start tofinish. I highly recommend this tour and want to thank Carlos and Rudy for their great service and hospitality! 🌿🦥☕🍫

Good overview Costa Rica - Great opportunity to see sloths, frogs, toucans and other beautiful creatures. Our guide Rudy was fantastic and we met an additional guide who gave us amazing information on the animals. The waterfall was far from the rainforest, and a little underwhelming but very lovely. The coffee and chocolate part of the tour was also interesting and we got to see a demo on how both coffee and chocolate is roasted for consumption.

I was not disappointed! - Were picked up at our resort, Planet Hollywoodby our driver Immanuel and our guide “Boom”,at the front gate at 7:30 am. Picked up another couple at a different resort and headed to our first stop. Drive took about 45 minutes to the waterfall, Lanos Del Cortes. Beautiful, and short walk from parking. Visited in late October after much rain earlier in week , and water was too murky to swim , however not disappointed. Stayed maybe 20 minutes and headed to next stop as place started getting overrun with other tourists After another little drive, we arrived at coffee and cocoa “farm.” There were coffee and cocoa plants, but don’t expect a plantation. This was more like a display. Learned about beans and processes, and had the opportunity to purchase overpriced Coffee and chocolate, produced somewhere in Costa Rica. If the tour had ended here, I would have felt a bit cheated, although we did see two types of toucans while here. We arrived at our third destination in Bijagua, a bit later. Didn’t expect much when I disembarked and was offered a $5 plastic wrap poncho to protect me from the off and on showers.. Boy was I wrong! Our guide was phenomenal! We were escorted down a tropical path around raging stream and truly experienced some of Costa Rica’s amazing wildlife! These pictures on my review are all pictures I took. We were blown away at the experience and dedication of our guide here to locate and show us and allow us to photograph such beauty. We finished with a delightful local fare lunch at this place and headed back. Whole excursion lasted probably 6 hours….a lot of travel time. Sure glad we did this! One thing I should add, our guide communicated with places and people to try to time our arrivals at these places during less congested times. I would definitely tour with Pure Nature tours again!
