An experience far above expectation! - The tour took place exactly as described on the agency's website. Although the guide indicated (and also contained in the descriptive) that the number of attractions and the order could be altered by determinations of the Brazilian Navy (winds or access to the locations), there were no changes and the climate was perfect on the day of the visit. The Enterprise has demonstrated great commitment to delivering what it promises, which was remarkable in the quality of services throughout the day: guide, land transport, stop place during the journey, restaurant for lunch and boat. The guide Viviane Araújo was extremely attentive and professional, demonstrating excellent ability to organize, interpersonal relationships and time management. He conducted the tour in three languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English) with mastery, clarity and concise, conveying the same information in an accessible and well-structured manner in each language. All tourists realize their experience, empathy and competence. Always courteous and cordial, she is an exemplary professional! The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver Alexandre was attentive and careful throughout the journey. At lunch, held in the Casa da Piedra restaurant, the experience also exceeded all expectations. I imagined it would be a simple, economical and tourist-filled place, as usually happens on regular shared tours/tours, but I was positively surprised in several aspects: Quality and presentation of the dishes — to my surprise, the Service was employed, and not buffet as it usually happens on shared excursions, with adequate quantity and well served; Taste and balance of spices; Cordial and agile service; Pleasant Mood, with tables well distributed and adequate capacity; Hygiene and care for the well-being of the customers. Super recommend the experience to all who are visiting Rio de Janeiro, wishing a different day of beach from those offered in the city. The distance is a bit wide for the bate back of a day, but the overall experience of visiting Arraial with the services offered by the agency compensates.
