Excellent - Excellent tour guide on the bus. And to combine the canal trip was great. Very informative and a lovely guide.

Vacation - Great way to see the city boat ride was the best! The route passed our hotel which was convenient for us at the end of the day and easy to pick up the next day

Do it - The boat tour was fabulous. The City tour is decent. Always a good way to get your bearings in a new city. But why all Hoho Companies make it so darn hard to get info online on bus stops and routes is beyond me. It’s good to know this when choosing accommodations.

Great way to see the sights. - Great way to see the main sites in the city and get an overview from both land and sea. Bus drivers were super helpful. Recommend doing the beer tasting at Carlsberg.

Great value - Great value. The bus drivers were informative and the the guide on board the boat, interesting and entertaining. However, there was another opperator with almost identical busses which was somewhiat confusing. I tried getting on the wrong bus twice and I saw numerous other people doing the same!

Perfect weather, beautiful, clean city♡ - We purchased the 48 hrs hop on hop off bus and boat classic excursion. Was glad we had the 2 days to see things, my only complain is that it is difficult to find the 1st place to hop on if you are not familiar with the city/country. We had the same issue in Rome. I like doing the sightseeing bus as a starting point for seeing the city, then can go back and pick what we want to see.

Average tour - The bus was less informative than other similar tours in other cities. There was a lot of down time on the recording - it could be added to, Im sure there is more to the history than was mentioned. To find the stops, I had to call the number because the booking info wasn’t very robust. Stromma.com has the live-time map and location of the bus locations too. The canal tour was good - the tour guide was fun, although the whole tour was fairly short and not over a large distance like the Helsinki tours. You’ll want to book a reserved time for that at the ticket booth near the dock.

No audio guide - The boat tour was the best, with the city of New Haun on board at dusk and reflected on the water. The bus tour was also good, but the audio guide can't hear anything even if it's in Japanese. It is recommended to do your own research before boarding.

Complete waste of money AVOID!!! - Do yourself a huge favour and buy a Metro/bus ticket instead, which only costs about £10 per day, and this includes the harbour boat bus as well. We completely wasted our money buying Stromma 48-hour tickets only to discover that from mid-September they reduce the hours (but not the price!) of the hop-on hop-off considerably! On one of the routes, buses don’t start running until 11:15am and they finish at 3:15pm There are just three buses all day long with a two-hour gap in between. This is certainly NOT a hop-on hop-off service. There is no way you can get round this route stopping at all stops! The other routes aren’t much better. The map and interactive map they provide are completely useless. If you happen to wander away from the bus stop for a little walk about, good luck in finding the next stop as they are extremely difficult to find. When I emailed to complain, their response was “well, you should have read the small print“. So I’ll save you the bother. Just avoid Stromma buses as they are a complete waste of your precious holiday time and money! We had no choice but to buy the Metro/bus Citypass, which turned out to be a good move as it was great value, allowing us to stay out beyond 4pm! The Metro and bus system were very simple to use, with easy-to-find stops, and being able to wander about on foot meant we saw way more of Copenhagen rather than the stress it caused us waiting for non-existent Stromma buses to not turn up!

Please read! - Never book!!! Apart from a miserable organization, it is not apparent when which buses or boats depart where, with a booked, digital ticket you still have to queue up, at the counter you are then given insufficient or bad advice or you are simply sent on to colleagues, who then reject you again. So apart from that, the technology and functionality of the audio transmission was flawed, plugs did not stop in the sockets, languages were not adjustable because the NR. suddenly no longer existed. Too bad we were really looking forward to it; but would not recommend it, but look for alternative offers.
