Great way to see Copenhagen's points of interest - The Copenhagen Hop On Hop Off tour was a very convenient way to hit all the highlights considering we were on a cruise, so had limited time in Copenhagen. The bus came right to the cruise port, so the added bonus was we did not have to take a shuttle or taxi from the cruise port. Stromma does a great job with their Hop On Hop Off tours and seem to have better consistency with bus timings.

Great way to experience Copenhagen. - We had the Copenhagen HOP card for 48 hours. The buses take you on 3 different routes with multiple things to do and see. Staff was professional and you could tell then certainly enjoyed their job. We managed to see most all of the sites we had planned to see in this time period. This is a wonderful way to see the city and would highly recommend this company (as well as purchasing a Copenhagen HOP card).

Great city overview! - Very easy to access. The bus had the best sound system we’ve experienced on a Hop-on/off Bus. Clean. Pleasant driver. Great for an overall view of a city. The Bus is usually the first thing we do when arrive to get a relaxing overview of a City. 100x’s better than the Amsterdam bus. Worst experience ever. This was probably the best!

Good value. Great boat cruise. Worth doing. - We paid £83, which was two 24hr tickets for the two of us. A little expensive, but it's Copenhagen and the tours looked varied and there was three routes and a boat tour. We started with the classic red and sat on there for the whole 1.5hrs due to it being drizzly weather. Then we did part of the black route, but this is mainly for the cruise ships and takes in the city centre, Nyhavn, the little mermaid and goes out to the different quays. The next morning, we did some of the purple line which takes around an hour, then we got on the boat cruise which is another hour around Christianshavn and takes you to residential areas, the royal yacht and other interesting places on the water, lots of bridges and a guide telling you interesting facts. We felt we had got our monies worth after the 24hrs and glad we did it. You can also QR the bus and get live updates as to when one is due and what route it is. We would recommend it.

Copenhagen - Nice to be able to see the City and decide when you wanted to get off where you wanted and then get back and see the sites. Copenhagen was very nice and clean.

Great if you can’t walk a lot - Easy to find but you really don’t need the bus tour everything is walkable in a day. I only would recommend to people who have a hard time walking.

Disastrous HOHO - My husband and I decided to do this Stromma tour as they were located at the cruise terminal. It was a busy day as there were other ships in port. We were looking forward to visiting some of the attractions we hadn't visited in the past. Sadly that didn't happen. We were asked to leave the bus at stop no. 9 as the driver was running behind. There would be another bus along in 5-10 minutes. Another bus did come along and everyone piled on. Then again at stop No. 5 we were asked to leave the bus and another one would be along shortly. This is where things really changed. Yes it was lovely to see The Little Mermaid. But having to wait for an hour until another bus arrived is unacceptable. There were many other people also waiting for the bus so arrive. And then the heavens opened literally, we managed to shelter under a souvenir booth which is right next to were the bus stops. When the bus finally turned up everyone was complaining and we were told we must have missed other buses that had stopped. I don't think that 40 or more people would have missed said buses. Because it was raining no one was on the top deck. So were were sandwiched in like sardines. We steamed all the windows up and the driver had to ask people to wipe the windows down as he couldn't see very well. Of course when we got back to the cruise terminal there were no Stromma representative there to complain to. Hence I have decided to write this review. The Company must have known that they would be busy that day with so many tourists. Yet they didn't seem to have allocated more buses/drivers. They also are getting more expensive and one of the buses sounded like it needed its breaks oiled. I wouldn't recommend this option to anyone. Take the other HOHO option instead.

Disappointing - Mu hubby and I both seasoned travellers but found this experience to be frustrating. Have done many HOHO and this was by far the worst. Was very complex on how to find a stop to get back to the ship. The instructions were very poor …..because there were so many lines that could taken. We ended up missing out on sites that we wanted to see. Would be great for the stops to be clearly marked. We wanted to get off at a specific spot but the driver left before we could get off. All in all a waste of time and money

Stay away, awful company - The poor language skills of some employees and the attitude of others are frustrating. The buses are generally late. Due to their tardiness, I almost lost the money spent on tickets for the Rosenberg Castle. I would give zero stars if I could.

Don't be fooled by the price. - Awful. The tour company wasn't waiting at port when the ship disembarked, unlike the other two companies in Copenhagen. When we got on board, most passengers were happy to stay on board this bus & follow the 'Black tour' that was supposed to take 90 minutes ( this included some passengers of limited mobility). After 5 minutes on board, the driver announced that he was only acting as a shuttle bus to the 'Red tour'. Upon arrival at a stop in the city centre at 8:45, we all had to change buses. Once this bus set off, this driver informed us that there would only be 3 buses returning to the port at 90 minute intervals starting in 3 hours. This return bus would then basically follow the same route as we were now on, but then returning to the port around 3/4 of the way round, so meaning we would have then done the same tour route twice after a wait of over an hour for the return bus. Once the Red tour set off, we seemed to be doing nothing but being sat in traffic light queues going past concrete business hell buildings, including passing the same building (One.com) 3 times. After a very uninteresting 70 minutes on this tour, we got off at the first place worth seeing, but the experience had already been ruined & ended up getting an Uber back to port instead of another 20 minutes on the Red line, an hour sat waiting for the return bus in a not very nice looking area, this assuming the return, smaller bus, was not full & another 70 minutes doing the same traffic jam infested loop back to the ship on hard uncomfortable bus seats. We have done a similar tour in London previously, which was good, but this experience has put us off this company for any future tours. I would have posted photos as well, but there wasn't any worth taking as we all know that traffic lights are red, amber & green
