So glad we chose this tour! - We had an incredible time on this tour. The crew was fantastic — super friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made sure we had a proper encounter with a whale shark. Before we got the chance to swim with these gentle giants, they took us to a stunning snorkel spot so everyone could get comfortable with the water and gear. I highly recommend this tour — the crew made it an unforgettable experience.

These guys make the day unforgettable - Absolutely amazing experience! From the very moment your arrive the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and there to ensure you have the best day possible. Mind blowing to snorkle on the reef. We were lucky enough to see so much marine life, turtles and then have a surreal experience cruising along side a very chilled whale shark. Hats off to all the staff for making the day unforgettable. Perfect days in marine wildlife experience - The Eco-Tours-Team took us to very beautiful snorkeling spots, found a whaleshark to swim with and all of them were very friendly and helpful. And the Fotos Dan made were awesome. I did the Mantaray-Tour the next day also with eco tours and we have seen 3 mantarays, 5 grey reefsharks and lots of turtles.. Very good organised tours. Thank all of you for these 2 spectacular days fot me on your boat in Coral bay!

A dream comes true - The tour was worth every penny. The team was super nice and very knowledgeable. We felt well looked after and catered for all around. Then to get that crazy diving experience was awesome. Swimming with the biggest fish in the seas, crazy! But also the other dives were very nice and perfectly guided. Also suitable for beginners.

Whale shark wonder trip ♥️ - We had a fabulous day on the whale shark trip Liz and the gang were incredible hosts and the snorkelling with the whale shark amazing We would 100% recommend this and any other trip with ecotours they’re friendly knowledgeable chilled and entertaining all at the same time. The food was perfect and the champagne at the end of the trip a great finale to a amazing day we can’t wait to see Dans photos (all included in the price) We also did the 2 hour glass bottom boat and snorkelling the following day which was great too. Thanks again guys we hope to be back again soon!

Whale (Shark) of a Time! - Four of us, all in our late 60’s had the most incredible day snorkeling with a whale shark (solitary animals), reef sharks, turtles, beautiful fish and corals! The initial snorkel at the reef ensured all 20 were competent with masks and snorkels and then we ventured out to deeper waters once the spotter plane pilot had real relayed the location of a whale shark. We had the opportunity in groups of 10 to snorkel alongside the whale shark, not once but four times (with the primary concern for the whale shark’s comfort)….wow, wow, wow! Lily, Laura (our photographer, Paola, Liz and Oli our skipper were attentive, knowledgeable, clear with instructions, safety conscious and thoughtful. We finished the day with another reef snorkel but this time with sharks, turtles and large fish! Great morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and bubbles! We were all the more grateful to Eco Tours as our first booking was cancelled due to weather and they managed to get us on a tour 8 days later! Thank you.

Perfect day! - Had the most perfect day. Staff were great, passionate and knowledgeable. Weather was on our side as well as the whale shark who put on a performance while we snorkelled. Got to see 3 different reef sharks, lots of turtles and heaps of other marine life. Was definitely living my best life drinking champagne on the bough as we travelled back through the turquoise waters at the end of the day. Totally recommend!

Avoid- book elsewhere - Booked this tour 3mths prior. Flew from east coast. Drove 13hrs up from Perth and was told our tour was cancelled as we were literally set to walk onto the bus. No sollutions/ideas like shuffling bookings around if people had a few extra days to play with. To cancel on the 11th hour is a disgrace, how is there not a back up plan for this? Anyone reading this who goes on to book with these guys would want your head examined. Having tried all the other operators they were fully booked out except 3 Islands discovery in exmouth who were brilliant and through a last minute cancellation enabled both of us to dive with the whale sharks and gave us a brilliant day out. There was a group of others I'm sure who weren't as fortunate as us to get a tour at such short notice and have to leave exmouth not having done the main thing that brought them here in the first place. This company is a farce and would urge others to book elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Tour cancelled... very disappointing - Unfortunately not a great experience. We had a tour booked months in advance and when we got there on the morning of the trip we got measured up for all the wetsuits and equipment etc ... and then at 7.50am as we were about to all depart for the tour, it was suddenly announced the tour was cancelled! (Due to a mechanical boat issue which they only found out about as the tour was about to leave...) The staff were sorry and offered us a refund but it was really disappointing. They didn't really have any suggestions or alternative options (i.e transfer us to a different boat or let the tour go ahead in the afternoon when the issue was fixed.) The Easter hols meant the whole of Coral bay and Exmouth were completely booked out for tours, so even though I telephoned lots of over companies, we had missed out on every other tour that week. It was very late notice to find out at nearly 8am that the tour wasn't going ahead and that we had wasted our time travelling 13 hours to do the tour. They let us book onto a snorkel tour (2 hours) which was a nice tour but the company didn't even offer a discount... which I thought was a bit remiss given that we had paid over a thousand dollars for the whale shark tour and travelled there etc. The company refunded the payment but still just feel that was such a disappointing solution and felt it was all so last minute and lacklustre. Sorry I don't have a more positive experience to report, but it really was poor service... I now have a 13hr drive back to Perth tomorrow before a 6hr flight back to Sydney without seeing what I booked to see and do, over 4mths ago.. cest la vie.
