Situated in the historic village of Corigliano d’Otranto, just a short 15-minute drive from Lecce, the location is as remarkable as the cuisine.
Begin the experience with an aperitif by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Under the guidance of Enza and her family, participants will craft fresh pasta using traditional techniques. Dinner is served in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere – on the veranda during summer, or by the fire in winter.
The evening is filled with laughter, stories, wonderful music, and the camaraderie of new friends. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available. Children are welcome, and the venue is accessible and family-friendly. Conclude the evening with a taste of homemade limoncello and feel like part of the family.

This engaging cooking class is held in a genuine and inviting Salento home, where simplicity blends with tradition. Participants will prepare classic regional dishes using seasonal produce, handmade pasta, extra virgin olive oil, and vegetables either grown in the garden or sourced from local farmers.
Enjoy a sumptuous spread of traditional dishes passed down through generations, from orecchiette with tomato and basil to maccheroni with seafood or chickpea cream and walnut crumble – all complemented by excellent local wines. The evening concludes with a delightful jam tart, a sip of homemade limoncello, and a touch of traditional music – capturing the true flavors and authentic spirit of Puglia.
