Begin the experience with an aperitif by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Under the guidance of Enza and her family, participants will craft fresh pasta using traditional techniques. Dinner is served in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere – on the veranda during summer, or by the fire in winter.
The evening is filled with laughter, stories, wonderful music, and the camaraderie of new friends. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available. Children are welcome, and the venue is accessible and family-friendly. Conclude the evening with a taste of homemade limoncello and feel like part of the family.

This engaging cooking class is held in a genuine and inviting Salento home, where simplicity blends with tradition. Participants will prepare classic regional dishes using seasonal produce, handmade pasta, extra virgin olive oil, and vegetables either grown in the garden or sourced from local farmers.
Enjoy a sumptuous spread of traditional dishes passed down through generations, from orecchiette with tomato and basil to maccheroni with seafood or chickpea cream and walnut crumble – all complemented by excellent local wines. The evening concludes with a delightful jam tart, a sip of homemade limoncello, and a touch of traditional music – capturing the true flavors and authentic spirit of Puglia.

Fabulous, fun whilst making pasta! - We had a truly memorable and most enjoyable experience in Enza’s home. We were welcomed with drinks and Italian starters made by the family, then received excellent tuition on how to make two different types of pasta. This was cooked by our hosts and served with delicious home made sauces and wine! Flowed by a dessert.
This was a really special experience for us where we met other travellers and shared stories and much laughter.
The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome.

Absolutely a perfect evening!!! - From the beautiful location to the warm welcome of our host, Enza and Antonio, our evening was an absolute joy! And of course the actual cooking class and the sit down dinner was all top notch. We had so much fun learning how to make the different pastas and also interacting with the other members of the group. The passion and warmth of both Enza and Antonio was so genuine that we felt at home immediately. They included so many special little extras in the evening….a wonderfully presented antipasti display with all homegrown ingredients , our delicious spritz to start off the evening, the homemade lemoncello….sooo good!…and to end the meal a delicious homemade pie! 5 stars for this place!!!

Perfect evening of cooking, laughter and fine dining! - The best experience so far in our Italian vacation! Enza and Antonio are simply the warmest , nicest, kindest people we ever encountered in an event like this. We felt so comfortable and at home !
The food was so fresh and delicious and what a presentation! Our group was a mix of Canadian, American and British! Absolutely great combination. Definitely recommend this cooking experience! You will not regret it.

Must do! - This was the highlight of our trip to Puglia. Our hosts were so gracious and welcoming. The home environment is beautiful and the food could not have been better. I’m so looking forward making the pasta at home for my family and friends. As a special bonus we were given a video and recipes. If you’re looking for a special event during your trip, this is it!

Super fun cooking class and dining experience - We had so much fun at Enza’s cooking class. Enza and Antonio welcomed us to their beautiful home where we enjoyed many Italian drinks and local appetizers including some of Antonio’s mama’s special recipe bruschetta style spreads.
It was really fun to make pasta from scratch. We made both orecchiette and pugliesi maccheroni. Enza cooked up both pastas in sauce made from fresh local ingredients. It was delicious. We also learned a lot about Puglia culture, agriculture and industry from Antonio.
This is the best cooking class in Puglia! We had an amazing time. Thank you Enza and Antonio for welcoming us to your home.

Superb pasta making night. - Most enjoyable evening I spent in Puglia in a week. Enza and her husband are a great team! Great fun teaching everyone their skills. Will enjoy trying out her recipes when I get home. 5 star cookery course.
