Begin the experience with an aperitif by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Under the guidance of Enza and her family, participants will craft fresh pasta using traditional techniques. Dinner is served in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere – on the veranda during summer, or by the fire in winter.
The evening is filled with laughter, stories, wonderful music, and the camaraderie of new friends. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available. Children are welcome, and the venue is accessible and family-friendly. Conclude the evening with a taste of homemade limoncello and feel like part of the family.

This engaging cooking class is held in a genuine and inviting Salento home, where simplicity blends with tradition. Participants will prepare classic regional dishes using seasonal produce, handmade pasta, extra virgin olive oil, and vegetables either grown in the garden or sourced from local farmers.
Enjoy a sumptuous spread of traditional dishes passed down through generations, from orecchiette with tomato and basil to maccheroni with seafood or chickpea cream and walnut crumble – all complemented by excellent local wines. The evening concludes with a delightful jam tart, a sip of homemade limoncello, and a touch of traditional music – capturing the true flavors and authentic spirit of Puglia.

A great experience and great encounters! - We had a great time with Enza and her family, accompanied by other participants. An evening full of kindness and encounters. We were able to learn how to make pasta in a very pleasant setting, and taste delicious Puglia specialties! The techniques are easily reproducible, and do not require a lot of material, an accessibility that makes you want to try again at home.
I recommend this experience which will undoubtedly be a superb memory!

A heart and soul experience and a must do for sure - This was an exceptional experience with Enza and Antonio. Enza communicated wonderfully with me from the time I made the booking. She arranged transport for us to get to her place as we did not have a car at that point. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by her, Antonio and their wonderful daughter and it was nice to mingle with the other guests, all really wonderful people. We were served aperitif and a very delicious charcuterie board poolside before making our way up to the house for the start of the pasta making. It was all such fun making the orecchiette and another type of pasta. Enza made it seem so easy. She then prepared a delicious dinner from the pasta that we made which was served with wine and later dessert of a wonderful blueberry walnut tart. We ended off the meal with limoncello. I am
not a fan of limoncello but Enza’s was great. I particularly enjoyed the version made with
milk. Full of flavor. Throughout the experience there was great conversation and camaraderie. Enza and Antonio are authentic warm hospitable people and they have a beautiful home. It felt like an evening out with family. Unknown to us, Antonio was quietly recording aspects of the evening and towards the end of the evening he presented it to us and made it available to
all of us. What a lovely keepsake of a truly beautiful evening. It was a wonderful memorable time. A 10/10 experience and I could not recommend it more to anyone interested in a pasta making class in
the Lecce area.

DIY Orecchiette! - Wonderful experience!
Enza and her husband are exceptional hosts, hospitable, playful and extremely competent. We were welcomed in their cottage in the late afternoon together with other couples, mainly international tourists (the main target is that, while being very pleasant even for an Italian tourist). Aperitif with local products from farms in the area, then apron and we started to knead to make orecchiette and macaroni, all accompanied by excellent wine. At the end of the preparation they cooked pasta made by us, then seasoned with typical sauces of Salento, and we had dinner all together. All beautiful!

Wonderful fun - We had an amazing evening with Enza and Antonio. We were a family of five including 2 teens and a 5 year old and I think everyone enjoyed the experience equally. From the warm welcome to the experience of making of our own pasta the whole experience was joyful. Being in their company feels like eating with family and we would highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Authentic and unforgettable experience - My boyfriend and I attended this cooking class with the idea of learning some local recipes... but we received much more. We were welcomed into the house by a wonderful family, who made us feel immediately like long-time friends.
The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and authentic. We cooked traditional dishes with fresh and local ingredients, guided with patience and passion. Every gesture, every story, every perfume in the kitchen made us feel part of something special.
The food? Just delicious. But what really made this experience unique was the heart with which it was shared. It is rare to find such kind, generous and genuine people.
If you are looking for an experience that goes beyond the simple "cooking class", this is the right place. Thank you very much for opening your home and your world, we bring home not only new recipes, but a precious memory.

Experience with the heart and palate - Participating in this cooking class was an unforgettable experience! Enza and Antonio, an extraordinary couple: hospitable, smiling and full of passion. Since our arrival they welcomed us like old friends, making us feel immediately at home. Everything took place in a warm and familiar atmosphere, enriched by the presence of their dog and cat, both adorable and cuddly.
Before starting to cook they welcomed us with a delicious aperitif, made of fresh and delicious local products: cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables... a real taste of Puglia. Then we learned how to make orecchiette and macaroni, following their clear and passionate explanations.
As we cooked and chatted, the sun went down giving a spectacular sunset. In the end, we all enjoyed together what we had prepared, accompanied by excellent wines and a top limoncello cream!
As a special souvenir, they made us a video of the whole experience, so we could relive it whenever we wanted.
More than a cooking class, it was a day of authentic sharing, to be experienced with the heart and the palate. Thank you all 😎❤️🤗

Fantastic experience - My husband, daughter and I are really happy with the beautiful evening we spent DA Enza and Antonio! Wonderful people, hospitable, nice and kind. The evening began with a great aperitif that allowed us to meet the rest of the people who participated in the cooking class, coming DA every corner of the world! It created a beautiful atmosphere and we had so much fun preparing orecchiette and macaroni underwire, which we ate together afterwards. We will not forget this wonderful experience and we thank Enza, Antonio and Michela, who made us feel at home.

Cooking class in Lecce - Enza & Antonio were great hosts. We had a great time, food was amazing & atmosphere was fantastic. We had lots of yummy food & plenty of drinks! The limoncello was especially good. Would definitely recommend you try this if you are in Lecce.

Great cooking class! - Super cooking class! They are very hospitable, you get an insight into DE Italian cuisine EN, are well served EN with drinks and snacks, and go home an experience richer in cooking and culture.
