Ideal Tour - What a fantastic tour! My friend and I had seriously considered hiring a car but the day trip was an absolutely perfect and thoroughly enjoyable way to see the stunning Dingle Peninsula. Very reasonably priced for a ten hour trip and so much more relaxing than driving ourselves. Conveniently located not far from St Patrick’s Street, smooth pick up and lots of interesting stops along the way made for a truly memorable experience. Michael, our driver, was knowledgeable, funny and warm and gets a shiny gold star for being the perfect tour guide. Cannot recommend highly enough. Highlight of our trip to Cork.

Magnificent area of Ireland not to be miss - A lot of people don't seem to know about this beautiful area of Ireland. It was a great experience with a few hiccups waiting for the bus and having to wait again to take a different bus back to Cork. The driver was efficient in trying to keep to the schedule. We were surprised that he was both the driver AND commentator. He was hard to understand sometimes but did his best. I would highly recommend this tour!

Stop in Killarney at... - Stop in Killarney to visit the useless city, you could use the time to make multiple stops along the way, instead of wasting time on horseback riding. Trip to Dingle very nice, nice weighing, stops in scenic and interesting areas.

Well worth doing - Full days tour. Really great opportunity to see the West coast of Ireland whilst staying in Cork. Scenery is incredible and the coastline breathtaking. We would have liked to have had more time in Dingle as 90 minutes wasn’t enough time to have something to eat/drink and look around

Overall great but with a few hiccups - To start was a bit all over, 2 tours got on the same bus then we had to get off and get on another. Wasn’t much of a deal but people were confused with the instructions. The bus we got on, the driver was amazing, so informative and just an all round great craic. We had a great time on the tour itself. Unfortunately when we were then dropped back at 5pm in Killarney, we were told the other bus would be back to pick us up and the other 8 passengers within a few minutes and to not leave where we were dropped. The bus arrived at 6pm and we had been stuck in the rain with no information of when we would be picked up. When we finally got on the bus the driver was a bit snarky with us all when we got on. So apart from the start and end everything was great. Not major issues but not what you expect when you pay money for a tour

Dingle - That it may include, with an extra payment, a horse ride and that the guide are very nice and they let you know the story of the places you ll visit

False Advertising and Poor Planning - Despite the beauty of the Dingle Peninsula (which I have visited often), I believe there was bit of false advertising and poor planning for this 11.5 hour day tour from Cork to Dingle. There was NO Wi-Fi or USB/ plug ports on the bus as advertised - a necessary for foreign travelers with limited or no data. The bus was older and cramped and packed. Passengers boarded the bus at 8:30 am and did not have the opportunity to purchase lunch until 3:30 pm. This was just too long - especially because passengers were prohibited from eating a snack on the bus. Again, there was no written warning when I booked this tour. The "morning" stop in Killarney was only 30 minutes (enough time to find a coffee and a restroom). I now realize that it was really just to pick up other passengers. We then boarded the bus headed to Dingle and then proceeded to sit on it for another 30 minutes waiting for them. We were also no warned that payment would be required for certain sites (bathroom use, and access to beehive huts). My son lives in Ireland, and I have been on many tours, and this was a fairly poor comparison. The driver was professional, and the guide was friendly, but I plan of staying away from this option in the future.

Don’t do it! - Steer clear. 8:30 onboard chaos, bus is actually a block and a corner away from where they tell you, and driver to the ring of Kerry was chain smoking and blowing it wherever, sketchy animal interactions (“baby lambs” born out of season for tourists and horse and carriage rides €16 where there is 9 people and the weight limits are 280lbs—so one horse can be dragging carriage and 2500 lbs–but according to the guide—everything else is closed at this time—so it’s that or nothing. The best of the three picture stops on Sley Head they “accidentally” skipped that stop, and even though we went right through Dingle at lunchtime, we did the circle first and it ended up being a 2:40 lunch! 2:40!!! No food allowed on the bus. Worst part—I took meds and got there 45 minutes early so as to get a seat that was best for my stomach—but we changed busses in Killarney and there was already people on it. I have done 4 total Viator Tours. They were great! This one was horrible! Do not recommend!
