• Escape Surf School Newquay - Experience private coaching, with a friend or partner, with one of our experienced coaches. Ideal if you want to fast-track your surfing and have an intense session of surf coaching together.
  Our private 2 on 1 lessons are ideal if you and your partner or friend want to receive expert coaching but without the group environment.
  This offer is best suited if you are both at similar levels with your surfing, but you can be complete beginner or at a more advanced stage; we will tailor the surf coaching to your level.

You will be met at the surf school by the coach, who will assess your surfing experience and tailor the lesson to your current ability. These lessons give lots of instruction and assistance over a short period of time, so ideal if you are looking to accelerate the learning process.

If you have already surfed, then we will use this session to build on more advanced techniques, including paddling, turning and reading the ocean.

For all abilities, we spend approximately 20 minutes on the beach discussing, technique, skills etc. then the remaining time is spent in the ocean catching waves, with hands-on coaching from the surf coach.

This Private Two-on-One Surf Lesson is perfect for those seeking an intensive learning experience with a friend or family member.

The lessons cater to complete beginners as well as those who have previously taken lessons and wish to enhance their skills. It is recommended that both participants are at a similar skill level for the coaching to be most effective.

NOTE - When booking, please select only 1 participant to ensure accurate pricing. The cost is £160 for 2 people, not £160 per person!

Upon arrival at the surf school, the coach will evaluate your surfing experience and customize the lesson to match your current skill level.

These lessons provide extensive instruction and support in a short timeframe, making them ideal for those looking to speed up their learning process.
• All equipment is provided: wetsuits, surfboards, and boots and gloves if it’s during colder months
• Access to Escape Surf School facilities, including hot showers and changing rooms
• The lesson lasts for 2 hours
