These diminutive boards, along with a lower center of gravity, contribute to a less exhausting experience compared to surfing. Additionally, bodyboarding is often seen as safer due to the foam construction of the boards and the absence of the sharp edges and fins that are characteristic of surfboards.

For novices, we promise that within the first ten minutes of instruction, you’ll be riding your inaugural white-water wave! Our training includes lessons on how to paddle out, how to glide smoothly, and how to choose waves that match your skill level.
