Great fun dune buggy experience - One of the best holiday experiences we have had, I would highly recommend this if you get the opportunity to have a go in one of these, the guides were great and you were supported throughout

Unforgettable experience - An amazing experience! We went as a couple in a buggy together. 3 stops are made, which you can change drivers. The routes are spectacular with breathtaking scenery in addition to the buggy driving experience. At one of these stops you can enjoy refreshments. The guides are charming and give you the option to choose a pack where a photographer takes pictures of you. It is advisable to wear sunglasses and handkerchief (although in their shop you can buy). I also wore a jacket type decathlon raincoat because there are stretches that fall a lot of sand and it is windy but that to tastes. Without a doubt an experience that you cannot miss, 100% recommended in every way. It is worth the price that taking stock seems very good. If you have doubts about whether to do it or not, this site is the best option! Thanks for the experience to the team!

Beautiful walk - Nice buggy excursion. Excursion very well supervised. Professionals who speak several languages. Nice setting. Many photo stops and a drink stop. One negative point: the meeting place is far from the place of activity and you have to travel several km on a track limited to 90km/h.

Put YOUR SAFETY first on the roads!!! - We were super excited to participate in the 2.5 hour journey on the buggy with the expectation we would have views of the volcano and grounds. We completed 3 stops, first one we stopped walked around, second we stopped walked around with 1 plastic cup of coke or fanta offered and the 3rd stop was on the dunes which was very brief!!! To be honest I think they made these stops to allow time to photographers to try and encourage tourists to buy their photos... the buggy driving was brilliant. The instructor we had prior to the drive had advised all of us to remain close to eachother on the road as you drive partly on the local roads... however during our drive at roundabout the person to the LEFT of us had way and was going too fast for us to go as we would have been crashed into so we stopped (As sensible people do) The driver spoke to my husband quite rudely and told him not to put a gap between the group on the road, despite the dangers being explained he was dismissive and voiced how the road users SHOULD let us go... This car was not LETTING us go and we certainly were not endangering ourselves for anyone!! There are mad drivers on the road in Fuertaventura... so my advise KEEP SAFE!!! Would recommend goggles during the drive (eyes still get sand in them with sunglasses) and a Bandana (the lighter ones around the neck dont protect from sand) We had a great time but disappointed about the views and the attitude from the instructor regarding our safety!

Disappointing - In a word: Disappointing For starters, the buggies are in terrible condition. They make horrible noises at every bump or turn In addition they are clamped at 60km/h On a walk of about 3h we spent 1h30 on the bitumen of which a large part of highway and at 60km/h with buggies in bad condition it was dangerous limit I find Then about 45 min for the various stops that were in my opinion unnecessary And finally the little time remaining that we spent driving on roads we were formally forbidden the slightest slip or acceleration too “violent” Suffice to say that given the condition of the tires it was difficult to stay within the rules If you wanted to ride in the sand or dunes forget We took a short detour of 15 min just for a passage of 30m in the sand to take pictures that they will try to sell you at the end of the walk Save your money because really more than half the route was accessible by car and this for free I am thinking in particular of the detour we took to the corralejo dunes We made a good 25 min drive to get there before stopping on the side and climbing on foot on the dune while the guides take the buggies one by one to put them back in the other direction With more than thirty buggies it was rather long And all to get back on the road in the opposite direction Do it by car you will have more time to visit

Very expensive, commercial and tourist - Maybe if you are passionate about motoring and you are interested in experiencing driving a buggy you might find the excursion interesting. But I have doubts even then because the dirt road is short and in column. We were divided into 3 groups of 6-7 cars per group (I don't remember the number well), each guided by an instructor on a quad bike. There are therefore about 18 hiking machines. Sand dunes are not traversable as a protected area (and thank goodness). Therefore the circuit is on a dirt road in volcanic landscape without sand dunes. The island frequently presents this landscape and some beaches, for example in the area of Cotillo, can be reached by crossing similar territory on a dirt road. You don't need to spend 49 euros (as an instructor-led quad passenger) or 149 euros to drive a buggy (price that includes 1 passenger). In the evening tour (h.18) to the dunes you get to the end, taking the road again to take some shots. The beaches of Coralejo in the natural park (that of the dunes) are very beautiful and are worth visiting for surfing and swimming. Waiting to book the excursion with the buggy to see them means losing them. The only positive note about the excursion: the friendliness and kindness of the staff.
