Absolutely brilliant... - Absolutely brilliant experience and the staff are fantastic really put you to ease. Photo and video package at the end worth the money really good quality and picture shots

A must try experience! - My husband is not keen on heights but I persuaded him to try this with me as it was on my bucket list! Amazing experience, it’s actually very relaxing! Not the cheapest experience available on the coast but definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and put you at ease, we definitely felt safe and secure both on the boat and up in the air. You can buy a memory card with photos for 25 euros and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of photos, there were 2 great videos too!

Bucket list challenges added too - First time experience for us, not spring chickens anymore, so bit apprehensive, but needn't have been, very professional outfit, take off and landing very smooth and flight time very serene and quiet. Fantastic tick in the box from us.

Would recommend - Great experience. Easy to book. Guys turned up to meeting point on time. They made it really fun and took some great pics and videos which are put on an SD card if you want to buy it (€25).

Parachuting - Very nice crew and very good experience.
They also take pictures of our flight but the sale of the pictures is a bit expensive (25€).

Avoid,book with another company - We booked our para sailing on the seafront like most people do with one of the tour shops.
We arrived early as requested.
We were met by a woman who escorted us to the boat. She wasn't very friendly and before we got on the boat made it clear no phones. She said if you have a waterproof case you could take your phone. Luckily one of our family members did. We had booked to go up in pairs.
The captain was rude and shouted my boat I am the captain you will go up in threes not in pairs or not at all. We were shocked. Others were going in pairs.
They take photos and stand in the way so if you do have a case you can't video properly as they want to sell their video to you at an extra cost each.
Overall not the best or friendliest experience. Book with someone else or when booking as the name of the provider to avoid this company.
This was about money making. Not friendly people.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid at all costs! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We arrived at the booked appointment time of 11am to be greeted by a lady who said we were late and to come back later. (Please note their address on Get My Guide advertised is incorrect). We were told by the organiser to come back and wait again which we dutifully did for 40 minutes. No one turned up. There was no boat. I rang the captain who shouted at me for being at the wrong gate despite his colleague telling us to wait elsewhere. We were only waiting at the gate as instructed. The captain then aggressively faced up to me for being ‘late’ insulting the party and being rude as well as shouting in my face. The outcome was we declined the trip as we did not feel safe doing an activity where the person in charge was looking after our safety. The captain was so worked up and aggressive - who knows what may have happened at sea. Professional skippers do not behave in this manner. My recommendation is avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Avoid at all costs. Aggressive staff, this company is a scam. Wrong address advertised on their booking emails yet still turned up on time after racing through the streets to be told the gate was closed and to come back in 40 minutes in a certain spot, which we did. We came back in plenty of time and waited for well over half an hour before departure time. No sign of anyone. We called the company to be aggressively shouted at to go to a different spot which we did only to be confronted by a male and female member of staff yelling aggressively at us in the street and pointing in our faces. We felt very unsafe to proceed with an activity like this with such unprofessional people and decided we couldn’t go ahead. They were screaming and swearing at us as we walked away leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. Do NOT use this company. There are FAR more friendly and safe companies in Los Cristianos as an alternative for a memorable experience that won’t ruin your holiday.
