Amazing sunset and night sky - This was our first time in Tenerife and seeing the amazing night sky from Teide. It was a spectacular view and really impressed us. Ozzi I have to give a 10/10, he made the experience really enjoyable, he was fun and informative. The food at the restaurant we really enjoyed, it was good to have some food before braving the cold. The temperature on the mountain in March was really low, i cannot emphasis enough the need a good coat, hat and gloves. Bring a blanket and if you can a thermos of something warm to drink. Regarding the experience i will be recommending to everyone i know and if i come back to Tenerife i will do it again! Thanks for everything!!!

Worth it for the stars - The sunset and stargazing was very good, we were up at 2100m above the clouds and the sunset was very colourful. As expected, it was cold at that elevation and we had to wait a while for Ossie to set up the telescopes and for the dusk to turn to dark. Once it was dark, the view of the stars and Jupiter was just what we wanted. Ossie (the guide) was very knowledgeable and engaging to listen to. Our trip included food which was not the best but that may have been due to the half hour delay caused by traffic. Worth it for the stars.

A bucketlist experience! - Ozzi was a great guide with a lot of knowledge and jokes. We were very lucky with the weather, as the sky was completely clear. Being able to see Saturn, Jupiter, the Orion cluster and Andromeda through their high-end telescopes was awesome and we will remember this forever (:

Super Ozzi - The excursion itself was amazing. Sunset, dinner and stargazing. Our tour guide Ozzi was the highlight of the trip. Passionate about his profession, full of life and fun; all the while providing great knowledge. Would recommend (:

Fantastic - They were super friendly explained perfectly the details of the excursion although if they should speak more in Spanish when it comes to explaining the system of stars for the most phenomenal thank you 🙂

Tourist TRAP - All the bad reviews are true. 1. There are so many people in the bus it loses the "special experience" vibe they're going for 2. We never made it past 1400m high, there was no "Sea of clouds". Just a sea of tourists. 3. They take you to a viewpoint that's easily accessible to everyone. The whole experience is right next to a road with frequent vehicles passing 4. If I didn't book the meal, why did I have to wait for an hour for everyone else to eat? 5. The moon was so bright we could barely see any stars with the naked eye. What you see through the telescope are white dots against a black background. 6. The guide was good and seemed knowledgeable. He could also have studied the whole speech and know it by heart if he repeats it several times a week. In summary, there was no soul, no "breathtaking experience", and paid way too much money to go to a viewpoint I could've easily accessed by myself.
